I got a 10% discount for being a member on Angie's List. It was $480 to replace the water heater and I got a $48 discount. They did a good job and they got it fixed. I have not had any problems with their service since then. They could not fix the electric and I had to call somebody else from Angie's List for that job. The two guys who came here were friendly and they did their job. Their price was reasonable and it seemed wonderful to me as there was a discount.

I called All Pro and as it turned out they were in the area, so they arrived to do the work in 10 minutes. They were quick, friendly and affordable. I am please and would reccomend them to others.

Mr. Ferry and his helper showed up and got to work right away. They were efficient and performed their job very well. They dug out the roots from the tree that caused the leak and then replaced the pipes. He (Mr. Ferry) watched the pipes to make sure everything was working well and cleaned up. He filled the hole and replaced everything. Both Mr. Ferry and his helper were very nice. I will definitely call on them again if I need their services. Great Work!!

The work turned out great. I had a plumbing problem. He thought he diagnosed it correctly, but it wasn't fixed. He came back properly and expeditiously to fix the problem.

I was extremely satisfied with All Pro. Dave was a no pressure, here is the situation kind of guy. He made it all seem very cut and dry and that is exactly how it went. Very easy, no pressure, no stress. I did not feel that I had the typical red light over my head that says "here is a widow who has no idea what end of the water heater is up, so I am going to take her for all she is worth". Dave left me with the quote, written on his business card, for the cost to include a 10% discount for finding him through Angie's List. We set up an appointment for 3pm, but in fairness to Dave, he did say that he would be in Titusville, and would do his best to get there on time. On the dot of 3, he called and said he was held up in Titusville, and would be able to be there by 5, if that was ok with me. He showed up a little before 5. So, I still felt satisfied, even though it did change some of my schedule . . .at least he let me know. Dave was pleasant, respectful and extremely competent. He had a very quiet co-worker with him that seemed to be doing exactly what he was supposed to. I love finding any service person that I feel I can trust. That is a hard thing to find. I will go to All-Pro again in a heartbeat. Thank-you.

We couldn't be happier with the responsiveness and quality of service. We had a toilet backing up the evening before Thanksgiving with five guests staying in the house. Dave arrived early evening and spent two hours addressing the problem when he could have been home with his family. He also came in on Saturday Dec 11 to address the same issue in the other end of the house. Lesson learned is switching to low flow toilets with old cast iron pipe can lead to clogging issue. Dave now has all of our plumbing system flowing smoothly. He was prefessional, even removing shoes when in the house. The work was well done, clean up was immaculate and the price was very fair. We would strongly recommend Dave Ferry to anyone with a requirement for a capable and courteous plumber.

Dave and his helper did a great job. They were on time and professional. They even waited for an extra ~30min while I had to exchange the dented water heater I had purchased.

Dave showed up at the time promised. He replaced my broken faucet that I've been using for five years with your basic, no frills Delta faucet. I can't remember all the details but he explained how he would do it. I had two other plumbers come in for estimates. One wanted $500 and he was going to cut a hole on the backside of the shower to replace it. The other guy seemed confused. Dave did it for $293.00 with my Angielist discount. He offered it at time of payment as I didn't know about it. It only took him a short time - two hours at most - and I love taking a shower now. I didn't realize how difficult my old faucet was until I got the new one.

He is the nicest, cleanest, most prompt guy you could ask for in a plumber. There are only positive feedbacks to report. We will use ALL PRO for now on!!

Arrived on time. Had all equipment/materials needed. Did what we asked for the amount that he had quoted us over the phone.

I had a water heater start leaking on me. It was a rented heater from AWHR, so they scheduled to have their own service person come replace it at 2:00 the next day. The shutoff valve for the water heater was corroded and would turn forever without shutting off, so I had to shut off the house main water shutoff valve. The main valve was also very rusted and looked ready to fail. Since these valves belong to the house and needed to be fixed, I called All Pro after hours that night and left a message to see if they could come at the same time as the water heater folks. Dave called me back first thing in the morning. He had a water heater install scheduled at 1:30, but was able to come by at 12:30. He was here right on time, and got to work as soon as I showed him what I'd like to have done. He was very professional, and finished all of the work in just over 30 minutes. He also used high-quality valves (the lever kind, which is much better than the knob kind) and copper fittings. (the main valve had been something that looked like pot aluminum) It was an excellent experience overall, especially considering the short notice. I plan to call them for any future plumbing work.

I picked All Pro because they were at the top of the list. Dave did what he said he could do, when he promised to do it for a fair price. I had to leave before the was done, and he cleaned up, let himself out, and left the bill on the counter.

Dave called when he was going to be a little late, and arrived about when he predicted. It took him about 5 minutes to examine the fixture and determine that it needed a new cylinder. Since it was an older fixture, he did not have one on his truck. He said it might take a day or two if he could find a supplier who had it in stock or 10 days if he had to order. He called later to say he had not yet located one but had another supplier to check with on the next business day. Called then to say he had found it and he came the next day to install it. It took about 15 min. to install, and he discovered a problem with the water shutoff value which needs to be fixed as well. Overall good experience, and seemed like a fair price for parts and labor.

I've had no problem at all. They were on time. They told me what it would cost and that is what it cost, so I was satisfied with them. I called and they gave me an estimate over the phone. The cost was actually a little under the estimate. The person that came out was a very knowledgeable person and had a young trainee working with him. He was young and eager. Everything went fine. They were here when they said they would be. I checked around some other places and their prices were higher than All Pro. Their quality was excellent.
