I arranged for our hot water heater to be replaced. I am pleased that Dave did call to let me know that he would be a few minutes late in arriving (it was about fifteen minutes, and as I don't work it was no big deal.) The work was completed within ninety minutes and they cleaned up after themselves. However, the expansion or flex couplings that our home inspector had insisted be retrofitted to the old heater have been taken away and ordinary copper piping used in replacing the tank. Additionally, the way in which the young man who was working with Dave was spoken to at one point I found shocking. After the work was done, the kitchen faucet was turned on by Dave and the water run for a few seconds. Since then, I have been out for a couple of hours. I rinsed out a glass, filled it with cold water twice, and all was fine. However, when I tried to run the hot water through the mixer faucet, there was a lot of knocking and banging and air being released along with the water - which then slowed to a trickle then to a mere drip. Every other faucet in the house is fine, now that the water has been run for ten minutes. The kitchen faucet is not working at all, and nor is the ice maker in our fridge getting any water. And of course, it was 8 o'clock at night when this came to light, and Dave does not work in the evenings.

I have used them a couple of times. It was $126 including parts and then they took $13 off. They are very responsive. I know he makes money when he sells parts, but he gave me some information on how to get some parts free so that next time if something like that happens, in terms of a valve going or something like that, I could get the parts free because it is a lifetime warranty.

David , All Pro was prompt, knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. We had prurched a sink and faucet, the sink and facet were installed professionally, he open a drain for us which was slow, and then he insatted a Delta mixer in our shower. We are so pleased with the service we got, we will be loyal customers in the future, and tell all of our friends an neighbors how pleased we were..

David and his worker arrived at the quoted time and completed the water heater replacement extremely quickly. After several quotes from various merchants, he came in among the lowest. I would highly recommend to others.

Dave came to the house with a student helper and replaced master bathroom in wall piping since the piping was bad.. they had to open up the wall and concrete foundation to get to better piping. they filled the wholes up even after the job was done. since I was a little worried they wouldn't at first but it turned out that I didn't have to say a thing. I was very pleased. in addition to that Dave took out the faucet that was originally installed in the wall and rerouted the new piping to come out of the vanity top as standard. also he changed out the shower head for a newer version together with the in wall element. I was very pleased since they didn't have to drill holes into existing tiles. he did it like a knee surgery so the plates could be installed quickly and clean. after all this mess they vacuumed it up. job well done!

It was NOT ACCEPTABLE !!! His work was SUPPOSED to be covered by and Angie's List COUPON, but he (David Ferry) would NOT honor it !!! This discount WOULD have amounted to about $85 dollars. When it came to PAY his bill, HE (ALL PRO) stated that he did NOT accept Credit Cards. NO, I did NOT ask him in advance. I (mistakenly) assumed that ALL people in business these days DID accept credit cards. Not so. Live and learn ! I have not been able to check to see if ALL PRO installed the Water Heater according to the Service Manual. That manual shows HEAT TRAPS installed between both the COLD WATER input pipe (Copper) and the HOT WATER outlet pipe (Copper). These TRAPS are to prevent HEAT from being CONDUCTED away from the water heater, itself, and wasting it in the Copper pipes themselves. I plan to, or have someone else, INSPECT the installation to check to see of these TRAPS have or have not been installed. They are a definite COST SAVER on your Electric Bill. I will be back in contact with Angie's List after this inspection has been performed to let them know about these HEAT TRAPS. I recommend that ALL PRO Plumbing be REMOVED from ANGIE'S List, because 1) He would NOT ACCEPT THE ANGIE's LIST DISCOUNT COUPON advertised, and 2), because he would NOT ACCEPT CRIEDIT CARDS as a convenient way to PAY for this EXPENSIVE ($850) service. By the way, I notice that several OTHER Plumbing Contractors charge approximately $300 LESS than that charged by All Pro for this same service. Enough said on THIS subject. NOTE: I DID have the Hot and Cold water pipes that come into/out of the Hot Water Heater INSPECTED up close, by a Professional Contractor, to determine if there WERE HEAT TRAPS (non-thermally-conducive connections) installed in-line, to REDUCE HEAT from being conducted AWAY FROM the Hot Water tank, even when hot water was not being called for, There WERE/ARE NO SUCH DEVICES ! This is the case, even though the RHEEM SERVICE MANUAL clearly indicates that there SHOULD be. Therefore, ALL PRO did NOT install the Water Heater as it was supposed to be, and the installation is, therefore, NOT ACCEPTABLE !!!

David showed up on time, and performed the plumbing work in my remodeled bathroom quickly and at a very reasonable price. A year ago David fixed the plumbing in my guest bathroom and kitchen while I had the bathroom walls ripped out, and did a great job at that time. This is why I invited him back to finish the plumbing when I *finally* finished remodeling my guest bathroom. I would hire him again in the future.

Dave came over the day I called him (in fact within about 20 minutes) and found the cause of my wife getting drenched while doing dishes that morning. Finding that I needed a new garbage disposal, he suggested the brand and model and off I went to Lowes to buy the very reasonably priced suggestion. Dave and his helper had a previous appointment so they had to leave and promised to return the next day (today). Once again they were on time, worked quickly and professional and were finished within 45 minutes. Dave's bill was actually a few dollars less than his quote. All-in-all a GREAT experience and I highly recommend ALL PRO PLUMBING to anyone with a plumbing problem of any kind.

Great! Arrived on time. Did a great job even though ran into some surprises. Explained everything AND was very affordable.

I contacted Dave the morning of the day of service and was rather desperate to have a new toilet installed the same day for the comfort of my pregnant wife. Dave told me that I could go to Lowe's/Home Depot to get the same toilet that he recommended at a cheaper cost due to my military discount. He set an arrival time of 3:00 pm and actually showed up a couple of minutes early. He introduced himself and his helper and I showed him to the restroom with the broken toilet. He told me "We'll be done in 45 minutes". He immediately told his helper what items to bring in and within minutes had removed the broken toilet and began prepping for installing the new one. He found that there was a cracked flange and replaced it at his cost. He thoroughly cleaned the area prior to beginning installation of the new one. He then set the new toilet, adjusted and leveled it for proper operation. He applied caulking around the base of the toilet and throughly cleaned any excess caulking to ensure a professional finish to his work. As his helper began removing all leftover items and debris, Dave cleaned around the installation site to ensure that it was better than when he started. After finishing, he presented me a bill that was a bit LESS than his estimate. I paid him and he genuinely thanked me for my business, left me his business card then departed as timely as he had arrived. What a breath of fresh air to get this high level of service! If you need residential service in this area, you would have a hard time finding anyone with this work ethic and professionalism. I highly, highly, recommend All Pro Plumbing of Brevard. For the record, I am a retired soldier and a former police officer. I WOULD trust this man to be in my home in my absence and know that my family is safe.

Called Dave on a Monday to set up an appointment for a new water heater . He showed up early on Thursday and was done right away . Clean job , very professional. I found a plumber for life. GARCIA

I arrived at the earliest time the plumber was planning to arrive and started to disconnect the water heater. After shutting off the water and disconnecting the piping, I started draining the tank. By the time the plumber arrived the tank was drained for easy removal. The Plumber replaced the heater with a RHEM which was better unit than I could purchase from other sources for the same price. He replaced the older fittings and I had a new pan to replace the old pan under the heater. He finished up quickly and cleaned the area. Even though I was already home, the plumber did call before arriving so I could have met him.

We were so impressed with the professionalism of ALL PRO, they were prompt, courtesous, professional and priced quite resonable. We used the 10% discount coupon from Angies List.. Repairs were done without a hitch. WE SRONGLY RECOMEND ALL PRO, ( DAVID ) FOR ALL OF OUR FUTURE PLUMBING NEEDS.....

Toilet leak repair - Arrived on time, repair completed in less than 30 minutes and advised that if any further issues occur to call back.

.I needed to replace the water refill apparatus inside the toilet water tank. I started by shutting off the T-valve on the water supply behind toilet. It stripped and would not shut off and started leaking badly all over bathroom floor. I ran outside to shut off main water supply and that valve wouldn't work properly and water continued to flow. Went to Angie's List and selected the closest plumber to my house. Called David, he arrived at my house in less than 15 min. He shut off the water to the property, replaced the two outdoor valves, He also replaced the T-valve behind the toilet, replaced the flapper inside the water tank. The wonderful part of all this. In approximately 30 minutes after I called David, everything was replaced and working properly. To me, this was AMAZING. I've never had such fast service from any repairman in my life...Will definitely use David for future plumbing needs.
