Bill & Wade were AWESOME!!! They arrived and got right on it. Had a stain that was around for years that I wasn't sure would come out. Stain IS gone!!!!!! HEAVEN SENT IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!

They were great. Called ahead to let me know they were close. Did a superb job with my carpets. They were friendly especially Bill who was most helpful and careful. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting carpets done quickly and by a real professional.

From start to finish Bill and Ward of Heaven's Best did an excellent job cleaning my apartment's carpets. To begin with, Bill offered me the most competitive estimate among other highly rated Angie's List companies. We live in a high-rise which can be tricky for vendors to access but he was pleasant and positive right off the bat about cleaning our unit. They called to let me know they were on their way and even arrived a few minutes early which was a pleasant surprise. Bill and Ward immediately got started on arrival and explained the process of what they were doing. I was happy to see that they used booties to avoid tracking new dirt onto the carpets and the whole process took about an hour for our 940 s.f. apartment. When they left, my carpets looked like new! I was extremely pleased with their work and will definitely use them in the future.

Bill was very professional from the get go! He was able to come out quickly and arrived promptly as promised. He did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets and was very respectful to my home. I would HIGHLY recommend Bill as he is very professional and cares about his work.

Went very well. When Bill realized he was going to be late he called and asked if it was okay to show up a little later, which was fine. Professional and efficient, all cleaning was done in approx. 2 hours. He cleanup any residual water and was about before the afternoon ended. Highly recommend him to any and all in the area.

I chose Heaven's Best from Angie's List and phoned the owner. We made an appointment for him to see the carpet and to figure area size. He was polite, prompt, and gave me the price. We chose a date and time for the cleaning. He told me who would be coming to do the job. I was phoned before his brother-inlaw came, on time and very polite and professional in manner. The cleaning took about 2 hours; my carpet was spotless and had a wonderful clean odor from the cleaning solution. The entire procedure was qick, painless, no hassle, excellent price. I'll call them again when my carpet needs them.

They did an excellent job. Their prices were very affordable. They were meticulous and the work was done perfectly. We intend to use them every year for service.

They came to my house the day I contacted them to give me an estimate on cleaning my carpet. They offered to do the job at that very moment but it was not convenient for me. I had them return in a week. They scheduled the job for 12:30 but came about 45 minutes late. They did call and let me know they were running behind. The job took about an hour and I was very pleased.

Heaven's Best just left my house after doing a wonderful job on my carpets. Bill (owner, who does the cleaning) was on time, professional and made my 13 year-old carpets look practically new. The fragrance he uses makes my house smell great, too. This is the 4th time I have had Bill over probably an 8 year period, and I am happy to say that the service and quality has remained outstanding. Anyone in Tampa needing carpets or tile cleaned, Heaven's Best is the company you need to use.

Making the appointment was very easy, and they were able to fit us in their schedule on the day requested. They were prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent carpet cleaning company at a reasonable rate.

Bill Boom and his organization arrived on time and all vistors were in uniform, clean cut, and polite. Bill described in detail the scope of services and what I could expect as a result. In fact, the results greatly exceeded my expectations. I have frieze carpet and have always seen typical cleaning results from other providers as unremarkable. Bill used a number of machines designed to clean deeper-pile carpets and frankly they looked better than they have in years. I may get more life out of this carpet than I originally thought. Later in the day I saw them cleaning the base board and it really occurred to me that they set out to do a more thorough job than I have ever seen before. While the carpet was being cleaned, another group was working on the tile. Again, the results were nothing short of amazing. I remarked to Bill that I dont recall seeing the tile grout this clean ever. I am thrilled with the work that was done and believe it was a great value for the price. FYI - the majority of the cost was skewed toward the tile cleaning work as it was much more labor intensive and took quite a bit longer. I look forward to having Heaven's Best perform this service once or twice per year in the future. Thanks again, Bill!

I called Bill at the last minute and he agreed to come over on the 4th of July. He and his son were very professional and my carpets look great. I highly recommend Heaven's Best.

Heaven's Best of Tampa Bay were great. It was outstanding. He came on time and did a very thorough job. He was able to fit it in, on my schedule. He's a very nice guy. He did what he said he was going to do. He was able to get her on time and it was perfect. He's very professional at what he did, too. He wasn't just with the machines and everything. He cleaned the stairs by hand, with a hand tool and then dried them. He did well. He was very responsive. He fit it into my schedule. I was getting ready to go travel the next week and he was able to fit it in before I traveled and that was perfect. He said he'd be here between 11:00 and 12:00 and that's where he was.

My carpets had not been cleaned for some time and had spots and packed in fur behind a very heavy sofa from a very old cat. Bill and Steven were on time for the job and worked tirelessly until all evidence was gone. This was a very professional team who did a wonderful job for me!!

Bill and his helper showed up a few minutes before schedule and got right to work. They did a fabulous job. The carpet is in a recently purchased home and there were several spots that contained stains of various kinds. I wanted to see if the carpet would actually come completely clean, and was prepared to replace it if it didn't. The carpet looked new after the cleaning and it was dry a few hours later. They use some sort of rotating pads to clean the carpet and it seems to do a much better job than the steam-cleaners I am used to. I will be using their services again. Very friendly, professional, and easy to work with.

They arrived right on time, went right to work and did a fabulous job. They explained what they were going to do before they started and went above and beyond to do a great job.

Bill and Jorge were punctual, professional, courteous, and did a GREAT job cleaning my carpets and stains - my 11 year old carpets look brand new! The two workers were very professional and got right to work. I had moved a few items, but they told me that wasn't necessary and they would take care of it. The carpet cleaning took about 2 hours total and they looked great!

Bill arrived on time, if not a little early. Very professional and completely understood my concerns and the house situation. He and an assistant spent about 4 hours in the house cleaning the carpets. Very pleased with the effort and the results. Wouldn't hesitate to call Bill again in the future if the need arises.

Bill called 15 minutes before scheduled arrival time to say they were on the way. They arrived on time and got right to work. The job was completed in about 2 to 2 and one half hours. All items were returned to their original location. The carpets were much cleaner than I had been able to do with a rented Rug Doctor machine.

I called Bill and told him we needed the carpets cleaned in my parents rental. He gave me advice, an estimate and made time for the cleaning by the next day. He was able to work us in and the tenants were extremely happy with the results. He was only talking about cleaning the problem areas but by the time he was finished he had cleaned all the carpeted areas of the house. The price didn't go up even though Bill went above and beyond.
