Today was our second time hiring Heaven’s Best to service our carpet & upholstery needs. Excellent service! We are just amazed at how beautiful our carpet and sofa look just by calling on an quality and experienced company like them. They are reasonably priced and they went above and beyond our expectations. During our first service call 2 years ago, I requested a refrigerator magnet before they left just to be sure we remembered which company to call for any future professional carpet or furniture cleaning needs we have. Needless to say I am very pleased and am confident you will be too.

The results were amazing. The carpet cleaned up beyond my imagination. They were extremely professional. They took their time carefully moving as much furniture as possible (all but the piano and master bed). One wool carpet had a spot with tar in it that they were able to completely remove. The fabric furniture was done slowly and carefully, including all related pillows. The leather furniture was cleaned by hand, and felt much softer afterwards.

Excellent! We had 5 rooms cleaned, along with 17 stairs and the stair landing. Carpet looks like new again! Bill and his staff were professional, on time, and explained the process in detail. Carpets only took a few hours to dry. Bill Boom is a trustworthy, honest individual. The price we paid was $100 less than the estimate. It's great to work with someone who doesn't try to overcharge or up-sell. Would definitely use Heaven's Best of Tampa Bay again!

This is the second time I have used Heavens Best and I would definitely call them again the next time I need my carpets taken care of by a company that goes out of their way to do a great job.

They are great, personable, professional and responsive to each and every need. They take extra care of your possessions and work from the time they arrive, until departure. No time is wasted, but they listen and obviously have done this MANY times. We have them in monthly and will for years to come.

I was very happy with this company. They were prompt, professional, and got right to work. I had pet stains in each of the 4 bedrooms that were cleaned. They successfully removed and treated the stains. The carpets looked and smelled great. I also had 8 dining room chair seats cleaned, some with stains. Again, all stains removed and the chairs looked great. I like the process that this company uses. It doesn't soak your carpets so it drys quickly. I would definitely use this company again. They were easy to schedule. Nice guy who owns the Tampa franchise.

Bill Bloom and his son have cleaned my carpets, which are thick, two times and done a fantastic job! Solution is fast drying and safe for children and pets. I would not use anyone else.

He did a great job. He actually cleaned a rug complementary, a little hallway rug. I didn't shop around much, but his price seemed competitive. The work was thorough, very professional and at a reasonable price.

Bill and Nathan did an excellent job cleaning the carpet. I asked them to clean three bedrooms, dressing area, large master closet, exercise room, office, and several cushions on the lanai lounge chairs. The carpet and cushions look better than they ever have when cleaned by other companies. I found Bill and Nathan to be friendly, professional, and efficient. My carpet looks great and I will definitely call them the next time I need cleaning of any sort.

GREAT - they fully earned all of the A ratings above. We could call on short notice and they could normally be here the next day - if needed. Price never went up for hurry-up calls and the work was always 100% satisfactory. We will use again if need be - they are the best we have ever had clean both carpets and sofa (and we have SEVEN dogs - so accidents happen)

Bill did a great job! Our newest addition was about to start crawling so we knew it was time to get the tile and grout cleaned. I was wondering how Bill would get it done as the formerly off-white grout had become gray, but he brought it back to life! He and his team were very thorough and had everything done quickly, while working within our busy schedule. It's now about two months after the initial clean and the grout still looks great! Great. Extra effort and detail on stairs.

I had wanted to have it done for some time and Bill had done a fantastic job cleaning a couch and sofa chair for me earlier in the year so I knew I wanted him to do the carpet as soon as I could work it into both of our schedules. I only wish I had more things for him to clean!! I have his business information handy at my business to be able to recommend him to my customers.Plan on giving it out every chance I have to anyone needing his type of service. Plus he gave me the name of another independent for other services and if Bill gives them a great review that is all I need.

It was excellent. I called and made my appointment which was very easy to get the day and time I needed. They arrived on time and started working immediately. I was a little concerned about my couch because it was showing a lot of wear and tear, but they cleaned it and it turned out great. The carpets had some spots which they were able to get out and the carpet looks so good. It only took a few hours for them to do the upholstery and carpet, and it didn't take long for the carpet to dry. This is the second time I have used them and I will definitely use them again. I have recommended them to my friends and family.

Clean white carpet with three kids--amazing! Bill from Heaven's Best does an excellent job. We have used his company in the past and are again pleased with the results--beautiful white carpets! This is an impressive feat considering we have three small children and a dog, and as you can imagine the carpets get quite filthy. We used to steam them ourselves but the results don't really compare to what Bill is able to do. Our carpets are cleaned quickly, dry quickly, and smell wonderful. Thanks Bill!
