Heaven's Best of Tampa Bay

We switched to Heaven's Best about 7 years ago because he did so much better than our previous carpet cleaning company. We have stuck with Bill ever since. He cleans our carpets and area rugs, and I usually ask for the protector as well. Kids and dogs track allot of dirt into the house, and the protector he puts on at the end help it clean up better next time. I think his prices are a bit high, but well worth it. He does a complete and thorough job and is on time and professional. Highly recommend his work!

Heaven's Best did a great job. They were very professional, courteous and did a great job cleaning the carpets. They were very thorough and the carpets look great. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I have been using Heaven's Best for several years. Bill is always punctual and professional. They do a great job. The two companies I used prior to Heaven's Best quoted me one price on the phone and changed the price once they arrived at my home (for different reasons). I recommend Heaven's Best.

They were fine. They probably weren't perfect but they were fine. I didn't have any complaints. The quality was good. They came on that day. They were good. Their professionalism was fine.

Excellent. I was given 2 IKEA loveseat's from a family member. They were really nice looking and had been stored in her garage and had some marks from the children playing on them. As he was cleaning the sofa, Bill mentioned that he didn't think the marks would come off and thought perhaps they were embedded in the cushion, 24 hours later the sofa's were completely dried and the marks came off! They were very professional and were well prepared and cleaned up after themselves when they left. Would definatley recommend and use them again. Thanks again Bill!

I contacted Heaven's Best on Tuesday and was able to schedule service for that same Friday (they had a Thursday appointment available, but I couldn't make it work). Bill and his 3-man crew called before they arrived and got right to work. They did a great job working around furniture that couldn't be moved and moved the furniture they could. There were a couple of big stains that they made disappear. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I am so pleased with the results and highly recommend Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning to everyone. Their prices and results can't be beat!

I used Bill last year to clean my carpeting. This year, I had my parents carpet cleaned. Bill arrived on time, as always. He got started and went over areas that were extra dirty. Took his time and did an excellent job. My mother is very happy. Will ALWAYS use Bil for my floor cleaning needs!!!

It was great. I've had them before. They do a great job. They sent two people this time; it was one last time. But both times, they did a great job. They leave the area spotless. It's family owned. They come on a moment's notice, which I've had to do and I appreciate that. I don?t have to wait weeks before they can fit me in. I would absolutely use them again in the future. We needed carpets cleaned again in July 2015 and asked Heaven's Best how quickly we could get this done. They came out that AFTERNOON, did a wonderful job and came back later the same week when one of the dogs had an accident. We were very pleased with how our carpets were cleaned by Heaven's Best - Tampa Bay. Bill Boom, the owner, and his colleague, Ward, were prompt, courteous and thorough. Their service included cleaning baseboards which was much appreciated. They worked diligently on the section which has the highest concentration of traffic. They seemed to take pride in a job well done. We will use them again without hesitation.

We called the company in the morning, and they did the work the same day (afternoon). Quick, efficient, smart and inexpensive. STRONGLY recommend their services.

deep cleaned all bedroom carpets, lanai carpets, recliners, and braided rug. We had one lanai carpet that had a lot of dog pee. Bill was able to special treat it to not only get out the pee, but so the dog would not go back to it. We had grease from an office chair in a light bedroom carpet. Bill got all of that out as well. We also had a braided area rug I could not find anyone to clean. Bill has successful experience in this, and he did a superior job. We've used bill in the past, and his work is top-notch!

I contacted Bill at Heaven's Best on Thursday regarding getting my carpets cleaned. He was able to give me an appointment for Monday. He and Wade arrived promptly and did a great job. I had five rooms and a hallway. They were very polite, friendly and professional. I especially like the fact that they did not leave the carpet soaking wet. It did not take long for our carpet to dry. The carpet looks as good as it did when we first bought it. . They used and orange citrus spray on the carpet which made the house smell great, not the disinfectant smell that carpets usually have after being cleaned. I will definitely use them again, and will recommend them to my family and friends.

Bill is awesome! He originally cleaned our hardwood floors, which were in terrible condition, due to so much build up of cleaners over 5 yrs. The floors looked amazing. He also cleaned the area rugs. So the following year I wanted the area rugs cleaned before moving to Jacksonville. He returned did an awesome job as usual and game me the name of someone to call here in Jax. His service was amazing and I would highly recommend.

H. B. gave a quote over the phone by taking a brief description of what we wanted done. They arrive on time and were very professional. They did a bonnet type cleaning which cleaned well but did leave the carpet a little hard after drying. H.B.'s people were very pleasant, professional and cleaned all baseboards after cleaning the carpets. I would use them again.
