Description of Work: Hired him to power wash the concrete deck around the pool, clear off the leaves from the top of the screens, wash the furniture and clean out the gutters. The place was in pretty ghastly shape, and when Gary was done, it looked like new. Both my husband and I were amazed how clean the place was. And the amount of dirt and leaves that got in the pool was absolutely minimal, way less than we expected. I almost hired someone else last year, but the guy wanted us to pretty much pre-clean it for him and we started to do that and got distracted. Gary just came in and took care of everything. And he followed up to make sure we were satisfied.

Description of Work: Performed a complete exterior wash--soffit,facia gutters all walls as well as rear lanai and enclosed front entry. Gary also sprayed all wicker furniture on lanai and front porch.It looks like new. He moved out of the way all plants that might be damaged by the spray. An absolute top-notch job.

Description of Work: Gary responded immediately to my phone call. He came out the same day and gave me an estimate. He called me the morning of the work to let me know that he would be there. He and his worker made my horrible dirty house just sparkle. They cleaned all of the concrete, soffit, fascia, screens on porch, the older parts of our deck, driveway, sidewalk and patio slab. They worked extra hard to clean our chimney since it had been covered with a tenacious creeping fig. We are getting read to have the house painted. I will have him come regularly now that I see what a great job he does.
