Gary did a very thorough, professional job cleaning our two-story house and our pool cage and composite porch. He had a powerful trailer-mounted pressure washer and used a variety of extension wands and pressure tips. I like that he has been in this business for more than 15 years and does the work himself. He knows what chemicals to use and got every speck of mildew and debris off our large pool screen as well composite flat roof, sidings etc. I’d highly recommend him.

At my request, Mr. Hollows came out, discussed what I wanted done. He walked around the exterior of the house and explained what all he cleans as part of a job. He explained that he uses different degrees of pressure depending on the surface and uses a special solution when cleaning the windows so that they don't dry up cloudy. We agreed on what he would clean. We set a date and he arrived promptly that day. In the interim I had changed my mind about having the lanai cleaned (decided not to) and instead wanted the driveway, sidewalk and a stone retaining wall cleaned. Gary was fine with the changes and kept his price at the original quote of $400.00 which included a $50.00 Angie's list discount. Mr. Hollows did a excellent job on everything. The house looks great - no green or black mold now. The walkway, driveway, sidewalk and retaining wall are clean and bright too. I will definitely use Mr. Hollows again.

I had all exterior potted plants cleared out of the way, yard art, mats by doors. It did take almost 2 hours but we got behind in the fall due to hurricanes. Mr Hollows does a nice job and usually I try to schedule him about every 6 months.

I contacted them through Angies list and received a response the following day. I was able to set-up in appointment within a few days of contacting them. The work they did was excellent, the driveway, sidewalk and mailbox post are as white as can be. This should keep the HOA off my back for a while :) Would certainly use them again in the future.

This was one of two highly-rated pressure washers in North Tampa who didn’t even have the courtesy to respond to my message about scheduling some routine work – pressure washing a pool deck, driveway and sidewalk at my home. Look, I get it. I’ve found that the demand far exceeds the supply for these services, and some of these pressure washers are booked months in advance. Good for you. But why the heck are you advertising when you have no capacity to take on any additional work? And how about some common courtesy, like returning a phone call and saying, sorry, we’re all booked up?

Gary has done several jobs for myself and several other people that I know. This guy is the real deal...and always does an outstanding job. Very thorough, great attention to detail, and respectful of property. He charges a fair price and earns every bit of it. He is one of the rare service providers that restores your faith in people, and I wouldn't hesitate recommending him to anyone. Also a cool guy and a nice person...what else can I say?

Very well, as usual. It helps to prepare the sites by removing all potted plants , items that may be in the way, and have the lawn hoses ready.

Gary is phenomenal. We've used him twice. Once to prepare my mom's house for sale and once for our own home. Extremely good job. Very thorough. He is getting busy as a result and we had to wait a few weeks, but definitely worth the wait and the price.

Pressure Wash Driveway - prompt professional service. Did a good job. Fast and fair price.

We had originally scheduled a week earlier, however due to weather, he was not able to come out. Heavy downpours prevented him from working. He immediately rescheduled and asked for a day that was convenient to me. He arrived a few minutes early and set up to start working. The deck was dirty and stained with algae when he started. The pics will show the end result. I'm only sorry I didn't get before pics. Definitely would use his service again.

I wish there was a grade higher than an A. This company is as professional as they come. They are dedicated workers focused on completing all work professionally and completely as reviewed and agreed on with the customer. They are no-nonsense workers who never stopped working until the job was complete. They are friendly and personal and continuously demonstrate a desire to make sure the customer is fully satisfied. The pool cage and screen was cleaned both outside and in and was spotless inside and out. It looked like it was brand new. The screen was also cleaned first outside and then inside. The driveway and sidewalk was heavily rust stained on the edges from years of fertilizer applications and sprays. They took a great deal of time hand spraying a cleaning solution on all the stained areas that not only perfectly cleared the rust stain but blended the driveway and sidewalk to beautiful finish. It has never looked this good since it was new. I will definitely have this company back for all of my future pressure washing needs.

Gary was friendly and responsive throughout. He let me know it would take a few days to get the quote, but I did not the want the service done for a month, so that was fine with us. We set up the service 3 weeks in advance, and on the day, Gary showed up at exactly the time promised. He and one other worker pressure washed all of the items above in a few hours. They moved the last few items I couldn't move. Everything looks ten times better, especially the fence, which looks new again. I wish I had before and after pictures. Maybe next time, as we plan to hire him again next time.

I did take the time to remove any potted plants near the work area before his arrival as well as door mats. At his prices, I do not think he can be beat. I never hardly bother washing the exterior surfaces of the windows myself.

They did an excellent job on cleaning screen enclosure, deck, chimney, driveway & walkways. I am using their service again this fall.

The job went very smoothly. Gary took exceptional care of my property from covering my plants to protecting my over head ceiling fans from moisture. I was especially impressed how clean the screens looked after he pressure washed them. They had significant algae and mildew on them. Clean up activities were also very professional. I would definitely use this company again as well as recommend them to neighbors and friends. Gary went the extra mile in all aspects.

Our experience with Gary was fantastic. He was on time for both the initial quote and the day the work was performed. Gary initially quoted us for just the outside of our home but mentioned that we might want to consider getting our pool deck done as well (we were in the process of having our pool built when he gave us the initial quote). Well when the time finally came to have him come out, we realized that he was correct in suggesting that the deck would need to be washed. His price was already very fair and he didn't charge much extra to clean the deck along with the rest of the house, which was kind of him. Concerning the quality of the work, I can't believe how clean my home looks now! Our home is less than a year old so I didn't think it was that dirty but now that I see how clean it can be, I'm very pleased with his work. We also had a bunch of spider webs under the fascia and soffit around our entire home and now they are complete gone! Gary and his team make the extra effort to ensure that their work is thorough and complete. We are very picky people and I am 100% satisfied with the work done. I will continue to use Bay Area Power Wash in the future.

This is the real deal. If you're looking for a professional job, Gary is your guy. We have had our concrete pressure washed before but it did not come out looking this good. Gary obviously pays attention to the little things and his attention to detail shows in the final result. I would not hesitate to recommend Bay Area to anyone looking for a thorough pressure cleaving job.

Excellent work. Gary and son very professional, conscientious and take pride in the work they are doing. Only company we will use to power wash our home.
