He was great and it was better than painting and we don?t even have to wash our windows now. He was wonderful and we would give them A?s on everything. We spent $215 on that service and we told that man that we would call him back in 6 months. The mold came off and the grass and everything is still growing quite fine. That was the best thing that we have done since putting screens on this house, it was just great.

Gary arrived on time and worked hard until the job was done. Everything looks like new! He was prompt, courteous and was upfront at estimation time on what areas power washing wouldn't help. Returned my phone call right away, and set up an estimate to take place in the next couple of days. They came the next day for an estimate, walked around the property with me, and made an estimate. He was very up front about the limit to which windows can be pressure washed. He told me a window of time that he'd be able to hit our neighborhood area, which is at the edge of his normal service area. When I asked if it would be possible to do the work any earlier, as I had family coming from out of state that weekend, he said he thought he'd be able to. He made time two days later to start his day early and come out to do the work. The driveway and sidewalk are gorgeous, like when we first moved in. The windows look great. His crew even took time to take off a loose screen, wash it, and then put it back in properly. GREAT work, and I will definitely be calling this company next year for another service.

The owner of the company, Gary Hollows, answered his cell phone immediately when I called to set up an appointment for an estimate. No waiting for a call back. He showed up when promised for the quote. Even though he was extremely busy he worked with me for a convenient date. He showed up when promised. The job took longer than he anticipated. The deck had a lot of mold and there were a lot of pine needles lodged in the screen. I had been told by other companies they couldn't promise that all the pine needles would come out. HE DID. No damage to the screen and the needles are all gone. He had to come back an extra day to finish the job because he is extremely precise and cares that it looks good. The work he did was excellent. I am planing on having him do maintenance on the pool area on a regular basis. He gets my highest recommendation. He charges a fair price and his work is excellent. He does what he says he will do.

Excellent service. He came out to give me the estimate when he said he would. Very friendly and personable. Showed up on time and did a great job. He was conscious of the chemicals which might harm plants or animals. It was a big job, but he stayed with it. Will definitely use this company again.

He looked at all, figured out what had to be done and gave a price. It was a very fair price. I accpeted his price . He then looked at his calendar to see when he could come. Again he called to confirm. He came and began working. NO loud radios, no receiving phone calls, no waste of time..careful and neat. Since I am old(er) and unable to move large items etc( I am a collector and hoarder) there was much to deal with, and he did. The walkways, pavers, and driveway all appeared as new. I hIghly recommnend Gary.

Very well. A very thorough and complete job although we were unable to be home during the full cleaning. We gave him a check before he finished the job and he did a beautiful job a finishing it completely.

Excellent! Gary powerwashed six townhouses for our HOA. This is part of our routine Fall maintenance. He is a hard worker, pays attention to details and does a great job. We will use this company again next year.

In preparation for Fall, I always decorate my small front entry with Fall florals and assorted items. I noticed that the porch was dirty and thought I'd probably should have had the pressure washer do this area as well when he was here on 10/07/09. I called Gary Hollows and asked if he could come out at his convenience and power wash my front porch. He said he'd be delighted, but had a big job the following day and he would be able to schedule me for the day after next. I evacuated everything from the front porch and didn't give it anymore thought. That afternoon to my surprise and delight Gary showed up and power washed my front porch. Fully expecting to pay, I asked him how much I owed for the work. Gary stated that he couldn't take my money in good conscience and to just consider it a little gift of appreciation for the work he performed last week. Being on a fixed income he may never know how much that means to me, but I want the whole world to know that he is a man of integrity, honest as the day is long and the only power washer I will ever use.

I originally contracted with a man who advertised his services in our community flyer to do some pressure washing of my screened in porch, driveway, sidewalk and landscape blocks around my house. He came out on the day we had scheduled to do the work, but when I got home the job was not completed. The work he supposedly completed appeared dirty; as if he had never touched it. I was VERY upset and called my son who looked at the work and at that point we decided to fire him. I made the decision to join Angie's List. I found Bay Area Pressure Wash and called Gary the owner. He came out to give me an estimate, we agreed on a price and scheduled a date. He performed the work and did an outstanding job. When I came home from work that afternoon I was simply thrilled as everything he touched was clean and looked brand new. His price was slightly higher than the estimate from the original pressure washer, but the quality of work was superior in every aspect. I highly recommend Gary and hope this synopsis of my experience will help others when selecting a pressure washing company.
