I've been using Bay Area Power Wash for many years, and have always been very pleased with their work. Their prices are good, and the quality of the work is excellent. Will always recommend them!

He did an excellent job. He was responsive and professional. He is so detailed oriented that he was scrubbing down the siding with a brush. He shows up when he says he will and will confirm ahead of time. He is capable of handling any type of job and different conditions. He is the nicest gentleman to work with and his pricing is very good.

Came to the house provided an estimate. He worked with me because we were under an "edict' from our homeowners association to clean the front driveway. Came the next day and did the front and we set a time later for the pool cage. Came and did the pool cage. Pleased with both jobs and would use them again.

$THE PROCESS WENT VERY WELL. I CALLED THE OWNER BY PHONE.HE EXPLAINED IT WOULD BE 10 DAYS TO 2 WEEK BEFORE HE COULD GET TO ME AND QUOTED ME A PRICE OF $200. iI AGREED AND ASKED HIM TO PUT ME ON HIS LIST. SOMETIME DURING THIS PERIOD HE CALLED AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. HE AND A HELPER CAME ON TIME,COMPLETED THE JOB AND GAVE ME AN INVOICE OF $175. I HAVE ASKED HIM TO POWERWASH MY POOL CAGE WHEN HIS SCHEDULE PERMITS.

From our very first contact with the company to the completion of the job we couldn't have chosen a better service provider. It is refreshing to find people who take pride in their work and want you to be a satisfied customer. Without question, we would use them again and definitely plan to do so.

Gary arrived on time to view the area. I hadn't moved in yet so I appreciated that I didn't have to stand around waiting. He gave me a fair estimate and pointed out some concerns. On the day of the cleaning, he and his pressure washer pro arrived as promised and completed a thorough cleaning of the area, without leaving debris in the pool.

Team arrived right on time (despite ongoing rain storm). Job was performed in an excellent and professional manner with great attention for detail. They did not use just high pressure water, but all the surfaces were cleaned using a large rotary brush. This resulted in a very clean result without blowing all the sand from between the pavers. Do not hesitate to recommend. We will use Bay Area Power Wash again for any future power washing needs.

I called this morning to have Gary give me an estimate for the work. Within a couple of hours he came out, gave me the estimate, and did the work. Very easy process with great results.

The job took about 3 hours to complete. The team was very professional. The pool enclosure looks new again. I think I found the company that I will use for all my power washing needs. 100% happy with job!

Called Gary and he responded the next day. He had problems with his equipment and explained he could come out that day but as soon as it was taken care of he would call. He kept close contact with us and kept to his word on every call. Since we live on five acres there is no water or electric where he had to work and had to make many trips to get water. The fence was cleaned and the chimney clean beyond our expectations. He also gave us advice for cleaning other areas around the house. He is everything and then some according to all the reports I read. I would not think of using anyone else. He is truly a dedicated professional and extremely pleasant!

The deck had not been pressure washed in over 10 years. Gary did an extremely good job cleaning it.
