Gary returned my phone call promptly and was very upfront about pricing. He is very detail oriented. He did our partial roof, porch, lanai screen, gazebo, partial driveway and roof, exterior of the house including windows, gutters, garage doors, and walk ways. Fantastic job. The house looks like a brand new home after he was done with it. He is also very knowledgeable and honest about what he can do and cannot do right up front during his estimate. He did everything exactly as he said he would. Very professional. Highly recommended!

Gary is the owner, does all the work and is very thorough and conscientious in his labor. He is extremely meticulous and careful in every detail. He moved and replaced patio furniture and items and did not overlook any area or item that needed cleaning. He stayed and cleaned everything until it was CLEAN!! Worked extra hard to get the patio umbrellas clean, a difficult job as they couldn't be lowered! He did an absolutely wonderful job and I would recommend him without reservations.

Done right and on time, estimate appt. on time. wanted to do the job a day early, due to cancellation. i couldn't accomodate.

Gary responded to my call right away and came out the next day to give me a quote. He showed up when he said he would for the quote and for the job. They did an excellent job on everything. They finished the job in 1 1/2 days, which is exactly what he said it would take. The next week, I had my trees trimmed and they made a huge mess on my nice clean sidewalks. I called Gary and he came out the same day and re-cleaned the sidewalks. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

The job was exceptionally well done and exceeded our expectations. It was clear that care had been taken to do the job right. We were impressed with the thoroughness and the quality of the work, and the fair price. Our house now looks fantastic. Gary was extremely professional and even called us as a courtesy to let us know about some loose wiring he had noticed on the side of the house. This company is the best - we highly recommend them.

I was babysitting my Brothers Puppy a few days earlier, during the time I was looking after her; the dog left pee stains all over the back patio. It was Wednesday and I knew my family was going to be having a church function at the house on Saturday. I called Gary at BAY AREA POWER WASH, INC. about my problem and asked if he could come over before this event took place to Pressure wash the stains. Not only did he come over that very day to do an estimate, but on the following day he arrived to do the work. BAY AREA POWER WASH, INC. removed the dog stains on the patio cement and also pressure washed the patio furniture, all at an excellent price. Because of Gary s consideration for my predicament, the church group this Saturday will only see a clean, sanitized patio, which is a relief.

Gary came out right away to give me a quote. He fit me into his schedule when I was on a time crunch because I was having new sod installed and wanted the pressure cleaning done before the sod. He did a great job and accommodated all my special requests.

Gary was very polite, professional, and the price was reasonable. He arrived a little late from the time he told me that he would come. Once there, he worked hard and got the job done. I would recommend him and would hire him again.
