Brian came out today. He was very honest and fair, and did great work. We usually get our dryer cleanings done with our neighbors ... next time we do so, I am definitely going to get in touch with All Out Dryer Vents.

A sheet of paper slipped into my vent when I pulled out the screen to clean it. I was afraid to use it thinking it might catch fire. I called the local appliance repair shop and they told me to call AllOut. This was 2:30 pm. He tried to find a time in the upcoming days when I could be home for him but my work schedule didn't have any breaks for seven days. He asked a lot of questions, understood that I couldn't use the dryer at all and said he'd come right out but it would take a couple of hours. His drive took much of that time as we're in different towns. Really, he was just so nice. He had given me a quote on the phone but said the job wasn't as complicated as he had thought and he wouldn't charge as much. Under the dryer there was enough junk and dust to fill a bag .. several cat toys .. and he cleaned it all up, then replaced that aluminum tubing that went from the dryer to the outside because it was dentable and didn't have the best air flow. Somehow, miraculously, he retrieved the paper. Also, he checked the outside vent to make sure it opened and closed properly. I had not had the dryer vent cleaned before but thought I should. It took an emergency to get it done but there was a good amount of lint in it and I'm glad I did. Very much appreciate that he came out that same afternoon, didn't try to gouge me on the price and was just a good person. Also, let me add that me cleaned with a vacuum and has a compressor in his truck for bigger jobs. Don't call a service that cleans with brushes and don't use a brush yourself. He showed me pictures of broken parts of brushes that he's had to remove. Plus, they may damage the vent just by denting it.

Terry was great to work with. He showed up on time and was very professional. Terry told me now long I could expect the service to take and then told me what was entailed. He proceeded to do the work and got the dryer line cleared pretty easily. Terry was very knowledgeable about what issues can occur with a blocked line and made some good suggestions. The old dryer connector I was using inside was suitable but it was not taped correctly. He also suggested that I would be better served by a flexible aluminum connector and told me the reasons why. After he cleared the line, he changed out the connector inside and showed me how he taped it correctly and that he put an adapter on to make it easier to move and unhook if necessary. He cleaned up the area and removed all trash before he left. I would use his services again!

very punctual and friendly. did a wonderful job of cleaning out years worth of lint. also fixed my dryer vent connection as it is an older home and the connection is not standard.

Went very smoothly. He arrived at scheduled time, went up on the roof, vacuumed out the vent, put everything back in place, and left.

The provider was able to fit us in same day when no one else could get us in for 4-5 days. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had the wrong style vent on the roof which I had already seen as any lent in the vent would cause the hood to clog. He had the parts to replace it with him and did both the cleaning and the replacing of the vent for a very reasonable price. He even had paint to match the roof color and painted the metal vent cap for us at no additional charge. I will definitely be calling him back for the yearly servicing of the dryer vent.

I used All Out Dryer Vent Services last year and was very pleased with the service. When my dryer started with prolonged drying time, generally indicitive of clogged vents, I was able to look on the magnetic card he placed on my dryer with the last service date which also has his number. It was exactly one year, which is the recommended frequency of cleaning out one's vents. I called and Brian was able to accomodate my schedule quickly (two days later) as I was going out of town. He called the day of the appointment and asked if he could come 20 minutes early, which was great for my schedule. Once here, he worked quickly and efficiently. He always lets you know when he is about to operate the loud vacuum. He was done in no time and my dry is back to normal. I will be using this service for my annual vent cleaning in the future.

The service went great! On time did what was expected and most important he did not try to upsell for services that I did not need. My dryer is working great again and will have this service each and every year from now on. I would highly recommend this company!

Brian answered my phone call immediately and was able to accomodate my schedule for next day service. He called ahead to say he could come earlier than expected, which worked out great for me. When he arrived we discussed the reventing I had several years earlier to fit new front load washers in my small laundry area, and he was clearly very knowledgable in his field and aware of code requirements. He recommended I replace the outdated roof vent and why (the extreme angle was trapping the lint,) but he did not put any pressure on me to do so. I decided to update the vent along with the cleaning. Brian was very efficient and informed me when he would need to use equipment that produced noise. He was done in about and hour, and made sure the entire area was clean of any residual dust and lint. I was quite pleased with his work and professional manner and will use his company again and recommend him to my neighbors and friends.

Came when promised. Did an excellent job. Would hire again and plan to have them return for yearly cleanings.

We are thoroughly pleased and fortunately ALL OUT will get you on a yearly schedule so they will come out and keep it clean. Bruce was very experienced and answered every question we had. He cleaned up behind himself (and the dryer). I will only use ALL OUT at our home in Wesley Chapel and we have scheduled our rental properties in Tampa to be cleaned next week.
