Technician called ahead, like I requested. He did a great job. Cleaned not only the vent sys, but my flexible vent hose as well as the inside of my dryer. Then he put everything back exactly the way it was before he started. Very professional and detailed work.

My Mom's brand new dryer was taking to many cycles to dry her clothes so I suspected it had to do with her dryer vent. Called Terry for the job and after close to almost two hours of service her dryer is drying clothes in well under half the time it previously took. Terry was extremely through and his work even took him to the roof of my Mom's house several times to complete the job. My service provider, Terry, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, and did excellent work on cleaning my dryer vent and then putting the proper size fitting on the outside vent and raising it a bit higher above ground than it was. Called before coming to let us know he was on the way. Arrived on time. Cleaned out the vent system and rear dryer hose, cleaned up after, vey good job. Will have him back next year.

I highly recommend using this owner-operated business. The owner is extremely knowledgeable, college and hands-on educated. Not only is he able to properly clean out vent and vent ducts, he will advise, repair, or build/construct specific venting to meet safety codes.

Terry from All Out Dryer Vents saved the day for me! A turtle crawled into my vent from the outside of my house and died, sending a disgusting smell up into my laundry room .O called multiple companies and was almost convinced no one on the entire Gulf Coast would help me until I found this company. Not only did Terry detail what he would do about the problem over the phone, he suited and drove all the way from Pensacola to Shalimar, 2 hours, on President's Day (what was supposed to be his day off) to help me out! I had a new guy come out; he did a great job. He put a new vent in, venting fan anyhow. The first guy should've got up on the roof. He came out to clean my dryer vent a week ago and were discussing it because it's an expensive roof. The house was built in "79." So, I asked him about replacing it, and he said: Yeah, you could do that; you'd probably come out better.". So, we agreed on it and he came out and he replaced it yesterday. The guy was on time, he called, he let me know he was coming. He was always there before. He was extremely punctual. I have his dryer magnet.

I use Bryan's company every year for my annual dryer vent cleaning, and as always, his service was excellent. He answered my voicemail promptly and was flexible with my schedule to make an appointment. On the scheduled day, he called before his arrival which was exactly on time. He then went about his tasks, but never seemed rushed. In fact, he is quite personable and makes the appointment more of a visit than an annual chore. Bryan was prompt, professional, courteous, friendly, and did a fantastic job! When he saw that my tubing going to the pipe in the wall was damaged, he replaced it entirely. The dryer is as good as new! Highly recommend.

Well. Bryan, who came out was on time, followed up with us before he came to confirm, and did everything he said he was going to do. We would have liked it if he used drop cloths and/or vacuumed up the debris after he was finished, but he did the job well. The seams are leaking a little bit of air, so we will ask him to come out to tape up the seams a little tighter; however not a big deal. If he strictly cleaned the dryer vent the cost would have been $100. The extra $50 charge was for him to cut the old vent out, eliminate the vent underneath the steps and reconnect a new vent. Well worth the extra $50.

My dear husband that I love so much never knew he needed to get a dryer vent cleaned. So when our dryer wasn't functioning properly after 5 years of him living in our house, it was recommended that we try getting the vent cleaned before deciding to replace any dryer parts. I called "All Out" on a Monday, the guy that I spoke to was able to squeeze me in that Thursday which was incredibly helpful since I had a newborn at the time. The service was done quickly, more reasonably priced than I had thought it would be, and it made SUCH a difference with our dryer. He replaced the dryer hose (I think thats what it is called?) because it was falling apart, too. They even left a reminder magnet on the dryer so I remembered to call them in a year. I highly *highly* recommend them in the future!

It went very well; Terry and his helper arrived on time. They went to work and we were amazed at how much came out of our vent. The drying time has been reduced and we feel we have done our best to prevent a possible 'fire' hazard. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them for future vent cleanings. Susan Wideman
