(rescues from the neighborhood) and I had been quite ill the past year so I hadn't been able to keep up as I usually do. The two ladies from Cleaner Uppers did a very good job and left my house very clean. I have terra cotta floors throughout and they mopped the whole house as well as all the other cleaning (dusting, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.). I plan to use them on a regular basis.

As described above, not too good,I would not recommend, unless it is a very large job, like the offices they described. I allowed them to use my central vac system which is amazing and still I had to go over their areas, on the other hand, their cleaning young lady did a fabulous job and they went to her and told her to hurry up...I did not appreciate that at all.

They were really great. I've used a lot of people but I would definitely like to use them again sometime. They were thorough and took extra time in trying to do everything they have promised us when we first spoke about what is important to us. I said I am sixty and I can't get all the points so they tried to work on that. They followed through on everything.

The big deal from The Cleaner Uppers turned out fine. I had 2 transactions with them, one of them was late February and the other one was early March. I was in the process of moving so I used it to clean one residence and then to clean the other residence. There were no additional charges than the big deal. What they did was pretty basic, I wasn't involved. I was only involved in one transaction, my wife did the other. A young lady came over and she was all prepared with all her tools and cleaning supplies. It was an empty apartment so she ended up doing 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, refrigerator, stove, counters, cabinets, floors and some windows. She was there for just under 4 hours just as advertised. It was one individual. I don't know if it was the owner of the company or a point man that acknowledged my purchases. He was very great good communicator. He responded within an hour or a couple of hours of the request. We tested back and forth to coordinate times. I would recommend them in the future and I would use them again if necessary. I would use this provider again in the future.

They were very good. They did what they were asked to do. I believe 2 cleaners came out, but I was not there. They did a basic cleaning and the lady who I dealt with was pleasant.

I have been using them to clean my house for a couple of months now. They do a good job. We are still working on the hours. He is working on getting morning hours. The price varies on what I want done. I will continue to use them.

besides arriving late for our appointment, the cleaning person did a fair job cleaning. We had more difficulty communicating with the provider. I don't plan on using them in the future.

They arrived promptly on time, two polite and pleasant women. They did all the chores I asked them to and the house was wonderfully spanking clean. I will use them again, and recommend them.

They were fine. They did what they contracted to do.

I called at the last minute to get my home cleaned for the holidays. They were able to get me in and it went well. The two girls arrived on time and did as much as they could within the two hours. I would definitely use The Cleaner Uppers again. Thanks

Everything looked great though the interior of the windows did not appear to have been cleaned. Would give them another chance though as they were great and professional and scheduled me pretty quickly after buying the service.

I don't have time to follow them around and tell them what to clean. As far as I am concerned, a good cleaning company knows how and what needs to be done and does it. If they don't, I don't want to use their services. The owner called before, during and after to check on my satisfaction. After the initial visit I signed on for bi-weekly cleaning. My stainless gleams, my blinds are dusted, my floors shine and the home smells clean. I will stick with the Cleaner Uppers for the long term if this is indicative of their work. The best part, their fees are reasonable to boot!

They did a very good job. The best part of this was that they were able to make room for me in their schedule, four days before Christmas, when no other cleaning service would even talk to me. I've tried two other cleaning services from Angies list over the past two years. The other two had problems with being on time,and they both had very serious foreign language issues. (They spoke very little english.) However this was not a problem with Cleaner Uppers. They answered my call quickly. They worked around my schedule, and theirs, to find time to clean my house during a very busy holiday season. Everyone in the office and the cleaning crew spoke perfect english and all went well. (This is important to me) There was a minor problem with punctuality when they wanted to come and hour early, but, we were able to work around that. I guess the third time is the charm. I will be working exclusively with Cleaner Uppers from now on.

Shannon and Amber were thorough, professional, personable and did a great job on our five bedroom home full of six people covering 4 generations, 2 Chow Chow dogs, 1 Xolo dog & 2 guinea pigs! The owner called me several times; before, during and after. If their work continues to meet my high expectations they have a long-term customer!

The service was decent for quite a while, not excellent, but enough assistance every other week to help me keep my house clean.organized etc. In the past several months the cleaners seemed to be more rushed and things were being overlooked. I spoke to the owner but nothing changed.....the last time I used them they were in and out of the house within an hour and the floors were still dirty. That was it for me! I think perhaps they try to clean to many houses in one day, maybe if the owner makes some changes things will be better again.

I know she is very dependable. They provided great service. I was very impressed. She will send two ladies out, but one of the ladies will always be the one to come clean. She may have a different assistant, but at least one will get familiar with your house and pets. Nicole, the owner, calls the day before to tell you when they will show up and ask if there are any new needs or requests. Their price is very reasonable also. I would highly recommend them.

They were really reasonable and they were very good. They made me feel very comfortable. My daughter used them and she recommended them so I used them. They were very accommodating and did what I asked. They came a little early.

They do a good job. They are a little bit less expensive than some franchises in the area.
