The service was fine. I do not have any complaints. They came out shortly after I purchased the Big Deal. There were no additional charges on top of the Big Deal. This was the first time I hired them to come out. The service was about average. It was not more than I expected and it was not less. It was pretty much what I expected. Most of the house cleaning service you should get, the expectation is that they are just going to do basic surface cleaning which was I expected and what I got. The price was a very good price. She was right on-time.

They were amazing - never stopped from the time they came in. I would definitely use them again.

I had purchased an $89.00 Big Deal from Angie's List. Scheduling was a little challenging, since I wanted to schedule for a specific day and time in the future; not right away. We overcame our scheduling issues, and finally, I had the pleasure of welcoming The Cleaner Uppers team into my home yesterday! The team was about 45 minutes late in arriving, but the owner had called me right at the time of the appointment to let me know they were being delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. When they finally arrived, I showed them around my unit, expressed what my priorities were, and they went to work. They were very quiet while performing their duties, which I liked. They were also very professional and accommodating. They brought everything with them that they needed to do the cleaning. They were very thorough in their dusting, which I had requested. They were also very careful while picking up from the furniture the various pieces that needed to be dusted. I had requested green products, and in the couple of instances in which they felt a traditional product was warranted, they asked if it would be OK to use such product. All in all, it was a very positive experience! When they left my home, everything was sparkling clean, and I was a happy customer! YEY!!!!!!!!!

That turned out well. They did everything as mentioned. They came on time and I had no complains. They did basic housecleaning such as moping, cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen too. Two cleaners came out for 2 hours each.

They called to try to schedule the appointment. He was fine and understanding with the situation. He was nice on the phone. I am in the process of getting the Big Deal refunded.

The service went well. They were able to get out right away. They have been coming back every other week since we purchased the deal. The cleaners are efficient, complete and friendly. I feel like I can ask them to do just about anything and they are happy to do what we need. Scheduling is very easy and done through texting.

Nice girls. They did a decent job. The guys that run the place were very accommodating. They worked with me on times and price. Fit me in. The cleaning wasn't perfect but I have a big house and paid for a certain amount of hours. If they had more time they could have potentially done a better job. The obvious things they missed, I needed only to tell them the next time and they rectified. I used them twice. Give them clear instructions and enough time and you should be good.

The Cleaner Uppers called to let me know they were going to be late (a plus). One of the ladies was very eager and friendly about cleaning the house. I would have given them an "A" for quality, but since they forgot to clean the powder room, a I gave them a "B." (I cleaned the powder room and the owner gave me $10.00 off) Also, they didn't vacuum the carpets very well. Everything else was fine.

I had purchased a BIG DEAL from this provider. However, somehow I fell through a crack and was never connected for service after the initial email asking for my number. Mr. Patel contacted be last week after realizing I had been missed. He apologized and offered to make the service up to me. I accepted. As I do not need the service right now, we agreed for me to call him in about a month. He even gave me his personal cell. I was impressed! I will make arrangements for this future cleaning and offer a further review at that time.

They came out and did four hours of cleaning. They Cleaned my bathrooms, kitchen and living room. They did a good job overall.

I was very disapointed, I expected to have the furniture dusted, which it was not nor were te window sills. I gave instuctions as to how to clean the top of the stove which wsas not followed until I insisted. The sinks in the bathrroms and the tub were poorly cleaned. I could go and on but I prefer not to. the vacuming was superficial and had to be redone at my insisting. I have never complained to the angie's list people but this time I had to so I do not understand how they got such a high grade.

They were great and they were pretty efficient. We would absolutely use them again in the future.

Everything went very well. Quick response time. Professional on the phone. Professional presentation. Did a good job as well.

The two ladies that were sent cleaned my entire house and did a great job. They were pleasant, professional, efficient, and hardworking. As far as I could tell, they were not on their cell phones or constantly talking to each other, an experience I have had with other cleaning services. They came in and focused on doing their work, which I greatly appreciated.

I asked for an extension so I did pay extra ($40 for an additional hour). They were efficient and courteous. The lady also cleaned the junk which was a big help to me. It was a very thorough job.

It was terrible. They didn't clean; they just wiped things. It was not a thorough cleaning. They actually gave me my money back because the manager came and she saw it and was sorry. I had them again and it was still terrible. I didn't get my money back the second time. They were not good. They were late too by an hour and didn't call to tell me. They won't use other people's cleansers. They use one product for everything. They did try again.

On-time and Professional. Did not require much attention.

Cleaned bare minimum. When I came how, barely noticed the house was cleaned.

I called The Cleaner Uppers to inquire about their $89.00 offer for 4 hours of cleaning. Great deal! The gentleman I spoke with was accomodating to my situation. He was able to schedule the cleaning for the next day. The next day, a cleaning woman, Vanity, showed up on time. She was dressed appropriately, had a great personality and was very professional. She did a wonderful job. I point out a few areas in the apartment that I thought would need some "extra attention" when she cleaned. Vanity said she was already aware of those areas so I was happy that she assessed the apartment prior to cleaning. There was a lot of dust from the construction. She knew what she needed to do without me telling her. She is a great cleaner. I'm am so pleased with the results. I've already recommended The Cleaner Uppers to others and will use them again in the future.

I purchased the $89.00 BIG DEAL, and wanted to schedule the cleaning during my vacation, in July. I stated so in the original communication. The only response I received was a "canned", automatic response thanking me for procuring their services. I replied, asking the provider how to go about scheduling a service date in the future. Provider did not respond to my inquiry. After a couple of weeks, I sought assistance through Angie's Help Desk. The Help Desk person sent my personal e-mail address to the provider, asking him to please get in touch with me. I still did not receive a response from the provider. After another couple of weeks, I went back to Angie's website and submitted a service scheduling request for the dates I wanted. Upon receipt of my scheduling request, provider replied: "I have penciled you in. We will communicate closer to your requested dates." In my opinion, not replying to a prospective customer for almost a month is a very poor way of doing business. I believe they should have replied right away asking which dates I wanted, and assuring me that the dates have been reserved for me, since I only have one week of vacation, and this is the time in which I want to have the service performed. Whether I use them again in the future depends on how they respond to my very specific date and time request, how prompt they are, and how they perform. As of this moment, they are not "tops" on my list, sad to say, as I really wanted to have a good experience, since I have been looking for a reliable cleaning service for a long time.

I was very pleased with Amber my house was not a mess but i feel that after she left i was amazed at the work she had done I felt like my house was much more spotless than i had ever seen it even smelled clean its so hard to explain other than she did a GREAT job, she made sure she did not miss a thing to dust and then some, thank you Amber for doing such a wonderful job and yes i will be using The Cleaner Uppers.
