Description of Work: Two women arrived, I told them my priority cleaning areas for the 2 hours they were allotted. My priorities were the floors and bathrooms, and if time remained dusting the furniture. I explained I have neck and spine issues and so assistance with the floors was very important. | |The floors were washed, but not all rugs vacuumed. Dust balls had to be picked up so not all the floors were vacuumed prior to washing. The back of the master bathroom counters had to be wiped down and mirrors reclined. I found them wiping down kitchen cabinets, which was nice, but not what I asked them to focus on in the allotted time. One of the cleaners asked if I wanted a big window cleaned, I reminded her what I wanted her to focus on. I felt they did not allocate their time appropriately, resulting in not doing their best work and certainly not making me want to hire them again.

Description of Work: Cindy did a great job and was very thorough. Followed instructions, professional and delightful personality. I probably won't use again because they won't do any laundry (sheets after stripping bed) or go beyond superficial cleaning. There hourly rate is very high. If they were to lower the rate, I would request Cindy when basic cleaning was needed.

Description of Work: Cleaned the house and it went very well. This was their third visit. They did a lovely job. They will be coming back every other week. They took extra care in the bathrooms to make them shine. I would recommend them to a friend for sure.

Description of Work: She did ok. I gave her a restrictive area to do and she did a fair job of it. I found area that dirt had not been picked up or areas not dusted. I had said to concentrate on the baths and the floors.
