everything went very well. Very professional and prompt.

I called the office to have my septic tank pumped out, and made an appointment for the same day. The serviceman called 1/2 hour before arrival and was prompt. Found septic tank right away, explained how the system works overall. Noted some repair/replacement needs, and advised me on next steps. Pumped out system, put covers and soil back in place when done. Work was completed efficiently and professionally.

This house is 21 years old, and when he opened it up there was problem. So it was a good thing I called them, and they took care of it. First they came out and evaluated the situation to pump out with tanks, and then I had to acquire for a permit to do the work, and I had to go through the health department because I am dealing with contaminated material. They had to come out and investigate and evaluate everything and then approved the permit. Then they came out and did the work. It was supposed to cost about $2150, and that was including the original pump out, and then they were going blow out our drain field, and open it up so that it works properly, and I got him down to $1600, so I saved the money. They negotiated and I agreed to pay cash, so the cost was reduced. My overall experience was perfect; they did what they said they were going to do, and they cleaned up the mess, and they did the work in a timely fashion, and I couldn’t have asked for a better job. I have used them before when I was looking at houses to buy to come out and do the septic evaluations. They were always fast and that was great.
