We are very happy with them. The price was reasonable. It was a good job. Their responsiveness was fine.

I assume they tank was pumped, although they weren't here very long and everyone says it should take at least 30-45 minutes to get the job done. I was told they would call 30 minutes prior to arrival, time that I needed to make sure my dogs were in the house. They didn't call, just showed up stating they were in the neighborhood. Fortunately the dogs ran to the front door when they heard the doorbell and I dashed to close the patio door so they couldn't get back into the yard. Once they left, I opened the patio door so the dogs could go back outside. I finished what I was doing on the computer, then went out to the yard to check the area they were working on. I freaked out when I saw they had left my back gate standing wide open. My dogs are like family and if they would have gotten out and gotten hurt there would have been h*** to pay. The dogs were busy sniffing the area that had been dug up so fortunately they didn't notice the open gate. I also wasn't happy to find they had dragged my garden hose into the yard by the tank and just left it there. They did come between 9 and 12 as they said they would, and the price quoted was exactly what I paid but I don't think I would use them again based on my comments above.

They did a great job. I have a newer septic system that has a filter. It was clogged. They pumped the tank and cleaned the filter. My system is working fine now. They were very professional and courteous. When they dug out the grass to access the tank they made a perfect circle and carefully removed the sod. When they replaced it, you could hardly see where the grass had been removed! The lawn looked just like before the work was done - no mess! I was given tips on how to maintain the system. I also purchased a $50 treatment to prevent problems. This was optional. I definitely will use Reliable again.

Paid deposit on Jan. 14th My yard was dug up in a pouring down rain a few weels later. It was several days before the work was done and my sprinkler system was damaged It took several more phone calls and a visit by the owner to get the sprinkler system reconnected the right way since they connected one of the heads to the wrong zone and when they came to fix it the right way the repairmen didn't even have plumbers glue to seal the connections, my husband ended up giving them some so they could finish that mess, I feel quite sure if we weren't here that connection would not have been glued. Also, we had one of their representatives take care of ordering and installing new sod. That was just done Feb 24th after many more phone calls he subcontracted it out to a sod company that dropped off 5 pallets of sod on our street with no communication from them. The Reliable representative wasn't here to supervise the installation of the sod and the yard and sod look horrible. On Feb. 25 after another phone call to the office the rep. from Reliable came to the house and told us he would make our yard right, which hasn't happened. So far they have billed my charge account without my permission for the balance and I am not happy and exploring other options to get my yard looking half way decent. The 3500.00 was for the drain field, plus 875.00 for the sod

We had contacted another company, Not Reliable Septic and Services, to have our septic tanks pumped. After excuses ranging from they overbooked, to emergency calls, to truck broke down and waiting 5 days for the other company to pump our tanks we fianlly decided to call someone else. We looked on Angies List and chose RELIABLE SEPTIC AND SERVICES. They arrived within 1 hour and 30 minutes. They went to work immediately and were done in approximately an hour. GREAT fast, friendly and "Reliable" service. SOmething that is not possible from the companies located locally in brevard county.

On Christmas day (2013), my wife and I noticed our downstairs toilets were overflowing after flushing and there was food waste coming through the tub drains in both bathrooms. I called a local plumbing/septic company to come out and assess the situation. The following day (12/26), a represenative arrived at my house and proceeded to dig up the access point to my septic tank system. After breaching the opening to the septic tank, the represenative immediately said I needed a new drain field and provided me with an estimate which exceeded 5,000.00 (drain field / sod replacement). I told the representative that I wanted to get a second opinion. I talked to some of my neighbors and they all recommended Reliable Septic. I called Reliable that same day and the following day (12/27) Bruce and two of his employees showed up at my house. I repeated the facts of the situation and Bruce went right to work. He asked if my distribution box was dug up by the other company for troubleshooting. I told Bruce that the other company only looked inside the access point to my septic tank. One of Bruce's employees dug up the distribution box and it was clear what the problem was. The pipes running from the distribution box to the drain field had separated and the distribution box had collapsed. The employees dug up some of the drain field and the gravel and soil appeared to be unused and like it was put in yesterday. (My home was built in 1989 and I moved in on 5/23/12). Bruce obtained a permit from our county and installed a new distribution box. In addition, he blasted/jetted my drainfield pipes as a precaution. He installed manhole rings and risers on the tank access point and at the distribution box. The work was completed on 1/7/14. He kept me advised throughout the entire process and his crew left my front yard as they found it. I can't say enough good things about Bruce and his crew. They were prompt, professional and above all, honest.

They did a very good job for us. They were on Angie's List. I have no suggestions at all. Their people were fine. They were articulate and explained everything which was the biggest thing I found important. I really have nothing to compare their price with.

They were great. They were prompt and friendly. They did exactly what we wanted them to do for the price they said it would. It all went very smoothly. We had a coupon from Angie’s List and we paid $165 and it was normally $175 for the service.

They arrived early in the time slot agreed to and driver introduced himself. They went right to work and pumped out the tank in just a few minutes. I used this company about 10 years ago, so I am a repeat customer. And would recommend them and will use them again when the need arises.

THE COMPANY IS OBVIOUSLY NOT BEING MANAGED THE SAME AS WHEN IT HAD AN A RATING FROM ANGIES LIST.

A family owned company. Very professional. Communication was by both email and phone. Quote was same as cost. Latest technology was installed. They were only slowed down by the city's lack of speed to generate a permit. Left the yard as they found it. Not more than I can say other than I would use them again. the job was done in less than a day, minus inspections. I really can't think of one negative thing about the experience.

I have used them several times. They are always very prompt and they do a good job.

Called Reliable to get a 2nd opinion, talked to them about the "report" I got from another septic company. The owner got on the phone, gave me a time he could meet the next day and offered to do an "Estimate" for free. The next day came, he called within the window he said, met me at the house I was looking to purchase... He reviewed the report with me, started to dig up access holes for the tank. He pointed out what the report said - but said "huh that outlet pipe looks wrong" he had his helper dig up that pipe, adjusted it with a shovel and fixed the problem in 10 min. The other company wanted $600 to try another fix and anywhere from $3200 to 6500 for a new system. The owner explained everything to me as they worked. Even ran a test with all the houses water running and a hose to show draining was working perfect now..... He charged us $200 for the repair, cemented around the adjust outlet pipe, closed the tops, raked the yard. I saved hundreds to thousands of dollars by calling reliable and will no call them whenever I need any septic work done....
