"The grout color sealing job did not last two months. The grout stains are returning and continuing to worsen over time. I paid $700 for this job. I called to file a warranty claim and their response was they will come out when they in the area which apparently is not very often. How interesting as they were out the next day for the initial job. Why should customers have to wait months to get the problem remedied? Constant calls result in we will get to you. Stay away from this company!"

Our company specializes in hardwood, laminate and vinyl flooring. We are fully licensed and insured contractor in all three counties: Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. We have two showrooms, one located in Pompano Beach and the other located in Stuart, both with a great selection of samples boards. "Overall, the team did a good job removing the tiles and replacing them with new wood floors to match the rest of the house. They performed part of the job while we were out of town and communicated well to gain access to the home and secured it upon leaving. They cleaned up as best they could, even though the removal of the tile caused dust build-up within the cabinets and drawers. However, the repair work was not as detailed and clean as expected. They left glue residue on the pieces of repaired woods which, one year later, does not come off after repeated cleaning."

We use all truck mounted equipment. We clean carpet, upholstery, tile & grout. All of our crews are well trained and in uniform. We do background checks on all of our employees
"They destroyed 3 large handmade wool rugs. Color gone. Mold and mildew. Horrible smell. They were Rude. Keep lying about delivery when they knew they destroyed the rugs. We had to throw away all three large expensive rugs. They were nice before the rugs got demolished [“your rugs are absolutely beautiful” “these are expensive rugs” “we want to make sure they dry naturally” etc.]. They dragged it out as long as we (gullible clients) took it, and demand the return of our rugs. That’s when they got ugly. They were absolutely unprofessional, Un polite…extremely rude “NASTY”. They finally sent the demolished, molded, almost rotten rugs that were clearly rolled and tied for a long time (at least a week), while they kept claiming they’re not quite dry yet. RUN….don’t walk away from these people. I think they’re scammers."
