This guy is amazing, was able to get to me the next day, his clients love him and now I know why.

Eveything with Dave went excellent, he got the fridge back to working condition very quickly. From the time I called until the time he got here was only about an hour. He only charged regular fees even though it was on a Saturday.

I called Dave's Appliance in the morning to schedule a service call for next week. They were able to fit me into their schedule the same day! I was so pleased and surprised. I never got that kind of service from calling a big box store. The service engineer was able to diagnose the problem within the first five minutes of his arrival. He called and had the necessary parts delivered to my house while he defrosted the cooling coils. Great service! Very professional. The lady on the phone that helped me schedule the appointment was really nice as well. Everyone at Dave's Appliance went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. I will definitely use them again if I need repair help.

I joined Angies list this mornig and used it to look for an appliance repair service. I have used other compamnies in town but was very unhappy with the service I received from them. Daves appliance was the second one I looked at. He had all top ratings and was in the city I lived in. I called and they were able to send a repair man out that afternoon. The arrived in the time frame that they me. He was fridendly and listened to what the complaint was. He fixed the problem and he also fixed another appliance that I had not called in for repair also. The bill was very reasonable. I am extremely satisfied.

Dave's Appliance was very responsive. They came the next day and in fact Steve called and said he was in the area and would it be okay if he came early and we said great. He worked on the door but said it was not the seal for that looked fine. He worked on the door and tried different things and finally used a steel washer to shimmy up the bottom hinge and that fixed the problem. Steve was polite, honest and knowledgeable. He could have told us anything and increased the cost of the repair but he did not. If you want an honest person to do correct repairs at a fair proce, this is the place.

Our refrigerator was not cooling, I called Dave and he was at our house within a few hours and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than 30 minutes.

Contacted Dave after reading reviews and found Customer Service to be excellent. Dave and his assistant arrived at the time promised, found the problem quickly, said they needed to order part and would return end of week. Received a call in two days and they returned as promised and installed control panel. Cost of repair fair and in line with the cost of the part. I would highly this large appliance repair business.

I found him on Angie's list. My experience with him has been excellent. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the services provided. I will use them again in the future.

It’s a small company. They have great customer service. Their fees are very reasonable. They are honest. They have good workmanship. They are very available and timely with their service. Their prices are extremely reasonable. I would use them in the future.
