Excellent. Dave was able to quickly access the problem and correct it. Easy proce4ss with almost no clean up.

Dave & company always do a great job. They are knowledgeable and get the task done quickly. They usually arrive even earlier than expected, which is a welcomed change from many service companies. I wouldn't use anyone else. Although this repair was a "small" item, it required a pricey special order for the part as my fridge is 16+ years old. Dave has a fixed hourly rate which is very fair.

Tech diagnosed problem, said we needed a new control board. Did a temporary fix to stop flap from opening, had to wait for part. Ordered part had to be reordered from different location. Dave completed repair 10 days after first visit. Very satisfied with results. Still gave A rating even though delivery of required part was delayed, repair service not responsible....

Visit one he inspected unit and had to order parts. Visit 2 he game in replaced the part to our satisfaction.

Called first thing Monday morning, lost refrigerator over the weekend. Was told they could come out between 2-4 Monday, GREAT. Received a call from Dave a short time later, they could come out then. Promptly arrived, personable and professional. Began trouble shooting immediately, needed starter relay. Had part, replaced and out of house within 30 minutes. Refrigerator/freezer functioning properly!

Steve did a fantastic job! He arrived on time, was very professional and courteous, had the right tools, and had the needed part on his truck. My wife took our dog for a short walk, and Steve was finished when she returned! I cannot say enough good things about Steve and his company.

Once they arrived they seemed to be using a troubleshooting flow chart, this tells me they can't troubleshoot on their own. They determined that a certain part was needed. They said the part would arrive in 4 - 5 days. After two weeks of mis-information they finally arrived with the part. Changed it out and it did not resolve the problem they now needed another part. Meanwhile between GE and Dave's we were without a washer in our brand new house complete with a less than 5 month old washer. This is incompetent troubleshooting. This is parts swapping or guessing. I had to hire my own tech to fix the issue outside of GEs warranty.

Rapid response and would recommend highly for large appliance repair.

The work was accomplished in a very efficient, professional and expeditious manner. Dave's Appliance service technicians made their initial service call on the 14th of December, identified the problem, removed defective part and shipped it away for repair. The technicians returned 5 working days later, on the 21st with the repaired board and installed same. The oven is now working perfectly.

Dave is a professional who knows his business. He diagnosed the problem with my ice maker on our GE Profile refrigerator and had it changed out in 15 minutes. He showed us where the old ice maker was broken. His service charge is very reasonable. I asked him to perform the diagnostics on the temperature sensors, because the fridge was also freezing all our vegetables, a common problem with this model. Dave found the damper assembly to be broken, and came back in a few days to replace it. The refrigerator is now holding temperatures in both the freezer and fridge section. The ice maker is working perfectly. Dave took the time to describe what he was doing, and even purchased the part directly from GE to save us some money. I would recommend this pro to anyone who wants quality professional service.

Fridge was making a horrible noise that seriously sounded like Darth Vader's breathing. Every few seconds...driving my wife and I crazy. Called Dave's and they were able to get me in fairly quickly for their really booked schedule (it is the season). They arrived 10 minutes into the scheduled window, quickly determined it was the ice maker; replaced it and then realized the door was set correctly, corrected that problem as well. Great price, great guys, great service. HIGHLY recommend.

I first called them on Saturday, and on Monday they were able to work us into their busy schedule , arriving late in the day . The washer door had been locked for three days. The washer and dryer are stacked and they quickly removed the dryer from the top of the washer, opened the washer and released the mechanism. The part for the front loading LG washer was not immediately available, and so they repaired the door lock mechanism. They replaced the dryer on top of the washer and moved the appliances back into position without marking the floor. The cause of the jammed lock is unknown, but they took the part number down in case it happens again. Both men were pleasant and professional in their manner. The price was very reasonable.

The service was great. I even had to call back after he left because we had forgotten about the second dryer. He came right back after the job he was on to fix the other dryer. I felt that he was professional, knowledgable, friendly and reasonably priced. I will call him again if needed!

The repair went well, showed up as scheduled and got the job done. I had almost tried to do this myself, but after watching them do it, I am very glad that I did not attempt that. Even after seeing it done, I would still not attempt it. These guys definitely knew what they were doing.

Dave and Steve arrived right on time. The proceeded to check the ice maker and found out that it had ice stuck in the coils of the maker. Removed the ice, reset the maker and check the diagnostics. Everything was O.K. Only charged me for a service call. 2 men were here for over 40 minutes and all he charged me for was the service call. Extremely professional. So happy with Dave's Appliance. Will definitely use them again and again.

We called them and asked them a question. I was pleased with them because they were honest with me about getting my dishwasher fixed. Instead we got a new one because it would not have been worth it to fix it. They were honest with me about it not being worth doing, basically.

Daves arrived rigt on time. they were coureous and really knew their stuff.

This was the second time I used the man and he seemed to know what he was doing, Prompt response and reasonable. Checked with neighbors and they all had a good Experience with him. I would,recommend him.

I looked them up on Angie's list. They answered my call and made arrangements to meet me at a time that was convenient to me since I work. They arrived the next day, on time, had the part and fixed the dryer. It was about $80.00. 69 for the service call and 12.00 for the part. Two men worked about an hour, tested the machine, and cleaned up. As I was paying they asked me how I had heard about them and I said Angie's list and they were happy. They mentioned they had used it too to find good people. I'm giving them a great review because it was a very positive experience.

Steve was prompt and very professional. He quickly pin pointed the problem and get the part within days. I think their rates were fair and honest.

Dave and his assistant are the best! They are polite, conscientious, and effective in their repairs. I wouldn't use anybody else.

Dave's saved the day. Very qualified, neat, efficient, and punctual. What was originally a nightmare was quickly solved by Dave's Appliance. We had purchased a wine cooler cabinet from Sams a few years back and it stopped working. Although the manufacturer was in Delray Beach, they had no service company. They first sent us two fans which we replaced ourselves. The fans were not the problem and did not solve the problem. Next they sent us a cooling assembly circuit board. We didn't have a clue as to how to replace it and thanks to Angie's list we found Dave's Appliance. They came out promptly, and were able to tell us immediately that we had a double cooling system and the manufacturer had once again sent the wrong part. It took over a month for the new part to arrive. We called Dave and they were here the next day. The part was promptly replaced. They were neat and efficient and the charge was very reasonable, considering that they had to come out twice. We would not hesitate to call them again. Thank you Angie.

They service has been fantastic. They are the most responsive service that I have ever used. They were at my home within a half an hour of calling them. I have used them before and the service level never changes, they are consistently that good.
