Description of Work: Installed a 4 ton 2 speed a/c system(Home Depot's contractor). Courteous, friendly and very professional. Bobby Explained differences in various systems and time needed to recoup additional cost for 2 speed system as well as savings that should be seen. He made recommendations based on what I said I wanted. He was very patient and never pushy. They negotiated price with me. Explained the entire Home Depot contract and warranty very thoroughly. Explained the available financing and walked me through that as well! The guys that installed were very nice as well. They worked efficiently and cleaned up everything before they left. Zach came back and conducted a follow up inspection. They were very, very thorough! Overall,I am extremely pleased with the system that was installed and their work!

Description of Work: Removed and replaced toilet and plumbing from master bedroom bathroom. ARS has been my go to plumber and air conditioning service for aprox 5 years. In my opinion there is none better. They removed my old ac system and installed a new one about 5years ago and I have always been extremely satisfied with not only the work then but all the subsequent work they have done. I now call them for plumbing as well as ac and they are excellant

Description of Work: In January 2014, I hired ARS to examine and repair my heating unit. Tech came out, spent a few minutes, said I need a new one and left with the unit working on the heat setting. Shortly after, the unit shut down completely and would not work again. I thought I was victim of some scam to purchase a new heat unit. Let it go at that. This past week, I rec'd call from ARS and asked me if I was satisfied with service and I said a loud NO! ARS immediately sent a technician, at no charge to me, to my home to see what the problem was. The tech arrived on time, was professional, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and made recommendation for future service, all at no cost to me. I was amazed! I've never before had such excellent follow up and service and don't hesitate to recommend ARS for A/C and heating problems.
