It didn't help. Redid, didn't help. So-I called a local hv/ac provider with a mom and pop organization Curley is his company's name. He fixed the problem for less money and it did work!

They saved me from a big replacement cost! The other company had neglected my HVAC system. There were loose and burnt wires. The evaporator coil was rusting and causing damage to the blower motor. I was happy with the results, their professionalism, and the fact that their second opinion was free! I would recommend ARS because of their honesty and professionalism! They even mailed their second opinion to the other service provider and notified me when it was received!

I can't remember the date (it really was years ago) or the price, I just recall that I felt a lot of pressure to do more work than I probably needed at that time.

They do this twice a year. They also replaced my system a few years ago. My only complaint is within the last few years, they always try to sell you something extra. I find that annoying.

I wrote a negative review dated January 12th, 2014. Manager saw and contacted my wife on January 13th, 2014. All issues have been resolved. I wish I could have spoken to manager earlier; there would have been no need for negative comments. Heat/AC has worked fine.

I ended up selling the home a short while later...so I'm still paying for them even though I don't live there!

I bought a faucet from Home Depot. He said he didn't really like installing faucets from hardware stores or other service providers, he wanted to install something he had in his truck and advised me to take my faucet back to Home Depot. He charged me $595 for the service. 8 and a half months later, I have mold under my sink from the installation. I went right back to Home Depot and bought my faucet again for half the price. I feel I should have been able to get the faucet I wanted installed here without any hassle. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and I got ripped off. I took his word and accepted his product and now my kitchen is a disaster and a health risk. Now my family from Michigan can't stay at my house and I can't babysit my 4 month old grandson here because I have to have a mold remediation company come out to gut the cabinetry and back wall around my sink. It's inconveniencing my whole family.

I had just had them check and service the A/C unit on the 5th and all was ok then the unit stopped cooling and I had to call them back, they left me no choice but to have the work done as I had a tenant with no A/C. Why they did not find this problem when they serviced it, or did they tamper with it.

Everything has turned out well so far. They do quality work and I have never had any problems with them.

They are excellent. They are thorough and I have never had to call them back for any problems.

It seems like after they came over, something would go wrong. However, they did show up promptly when we asked them to come over.

They are very good. I liked working with Tommy, the guy they sent. He explained everything and did a good job.

When doing the tune up the technician discovered a leak in the freon. He told me that it would be a waste to detect the leak because my A/C unit was on it's last leg anyways and that is was a miracle that it was still running. He told me I'd need to replace the entire unit and it was going to cost me $8,000!!! He refused to put any freon in the system to bring the freon levels back to normal. He said it was going to cost $300 just to detect the leak and then I would also have to pay for it to be repair which would cost an additional $200-$500!! I called another (MUCH SMALLER) company that had a good reputation in the area. He DETECTED THE LEAK, FIXED THE LEAK, AND FILLED MY FREON FOR ONLY $100!!!!! ARS is a complete rip off and I will NEVER use them for ANYTHING EVER again!!!

I bit on a Home Depot A/C tuneup sales pitch for 38 bucks. At the time the tech came I mentioned I didn't think my unit was blowing very cold air. The technician supposedly put in 3.6 pounds of R-410 without ever doing any type of leak checking. 5 months later I had no cool air at all and this time I discovered where the leak was coming from and called a different company. Technician from that company said he'd never put in more that 2 pounds with doing a leak check. I paid 40 dollars a pound for the R-410. Price gouge!!! Home Depot is a scam. These guys are going to make their money somehow.

I am very happy with how my new unit is performing from ARS. I will continue to welcome future servicing from them to extend the life of my system.

I have a thermostat that allows me to see how often and for how long the compressor runs. After adding freon, the compressor ran about 5-10% less than before. However, the house is now warmer than before. I have lowered my thermostat by 4 degrees and the rooms are warmer than before. I checked for air leaks and couldn't find any. After looking over the system over a period of a couple of weeks, I called ARS. They sent another tech out on 10/01 to check the system. He found that the unit was working correctly and the unit didn't seem to be low on freon. He called in someone else, who happened to be a salesman. All he did was tell me why I needed another unit. I don't know if their price was fair, but I can't see spending several thousand dollars to fix a system that was working fine before they showed up. I spoke to the service manager on 10/04. He didn't have the paperwork from the tech that came out on 10/01. He said he would have to get with the tech, check out the paperwork, and get back with me. I have the copy of the paperwork and I read him what the tech wrote. The service manager indicated that the pressures indicated that the freon levels were OK. I haven't heard from them since.

They do a great job, are reliable, efficient, timely, and we have always used them. We have a contract for them. When they come in to clean if they say they are going to be here at 10 o'clock, they are here at 10 o'clock. We have no complaints about our air conditioning service.

Overall, their service is great. They are conscientious and always on time.

They did everything they said they were going to do and the young men who have been out here have been very nice. The issue here is the A/C still has a leak.

I obtained a 2nd A/C evaluation and found all that was needed was some refrigerant and a recommendation to have the coil cleaned.

They are awful. The guys that came out and recommended work to me. When he came out he knocked on my door for an hour. I didnt answer because I was asleep. He then called the police and told them that I may have died. So the police kicked in my door looking for me. They were the most dishonest people I have ever meet. I would not recommend them to anyone.
