Matt and his crew are thoroughly professional and competent. I have a tendency to be perfectionist and the guys at Palm Island have consistently exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Matt and his associates. They're tops.

+ 1 moreMatt was very professional and did a thorough job of diagnosing the problem. He also gave me some options to upgrade to energy efficient lights. He worked quickly, replaced the broken parts and got the lights working again. I would definitely call Palm Island Electric for future service.
Description of Work: Some outdoor flood lights were not working. Matt came out and diagnosed the problem. The lights were repaired during the first service call.

+ 1 moreMatt came over to my house and walk the job with me. He then came back with a quote within two days. I was pleased with the quote and asked him when he could start. He was here the following week and completed the work in two days. The next part of the work which was the breaker panel replacement was scheduled for July 2nd but because of personal issues I had to call off the work. Matt and his assistant Jeff were very professional and made sure to clean up the job site at the end of each day which included vacuuming the floor under each wall area they added receptacles or cut holes in the ceiling. I will use Matt and his company, Palm Island Electric for any future projects I have and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone thinking about doing any electrical work in their homes.
Description of Work: I contacted Matt about changing out six can light trim fixtures in my kitchen with LED trims, replace dimmers, add receptacle and light switch in my master bathroom, run a separate circuit for the light fixture and run a common line so either light fixture can turn on the lights in the master bath, place the bathroom GFI on a separate circuit, install coach lights on my garage, replace post light fixture, replace back poach fixture and add two pendent lights in the kitchen on a separate switch. Matt also checked my smoke detectors and found that one of the detector was not working and that they were so old they would not pass code so he recommended I change them out and bring them up to code along with adding carbon dioxide and smoke detectors to the hallway near the garage entrance.I also asked Matt to give me a quote to replace my breaker panel in my garage which he did. This would have increase the total cost approximately $2000. Unfortunately I ran into some personal issues so that part of the work could not be done at this time.
