Kate Conroy is amazing! In looking for our new home, we had some non-negotiable must haves as we were going to share it with my in-laws. We found a house we loved, went under contract and a week before closing, the contract fell through (at no fault of Kate or ours). We were so unhappy but Kate, who is always so happy and upbeat got us back out and looking immediately. Within 2 weeks, we were back in contract, at another home. To top it off, were even happier with this house! Kate handheld it the entire way and within 30 days, we had keys in hand!! There are not enough words to convey how thankful we are to have had Kate Conroy as our realtor, when purchasing our home. Craig Kellner, Cheri & the team were great to work with! I would highly recommend them. The Tony Baroni team go above and beyond to get your home plenty of exposure. Our house sold in just 8 days and for more than what we asked for! We were presented with a few hurdles from the buyer & their realtor but Cheri went out her way to resolve all the issues and minimized our stress. A home is where you make memories and parting with ours was a tough decision to make. I appreciated when we first met with Craig that we did not get a high-pressure sales pitch. You can’t say that about most realtors.

Just had an amazing experience with selling our home and buying a new home through Tony Baroni’s Keller-Williams Team. Mr. Baroni first came and met with me in mid-October, per my request, to discuss placing our home on the market via their team. During his presentation, when he spoke in reference of the time frame that he felt he and his team could sell our home, he spoke very confidently in terms of “days” rather than “months.” I was a bit skeptical as we lived in a 5 bedroom/3 bath home in a lower income town and two other homes on the same street had been up for sale for months with little to no activity. Even though a bit skeptical, I was intrigued by Mr. Baroni’s level of professionalism, knowledge and confidence so I decided to sign with him. And I am so glad that I did! He and his wonderful team got to work immediately…..and they did NOT let me down. Individually, the team members called and politely introduced themselves and explained what role they would play in either the selling or buying side; they came out and took professional pictures of the home; made a colorful, professional brochure of our home; asked me to prepare a written statement to be posted on their website about what I most liked about my house; and posted our home on every major realtor site on the web. Then, one of Mr. Baroni’s (most valuable) team members, Kate Conroy, gave up her Saturdays every single weekend in a row to hold an Open House Tour. To our amazement, by the third Saturday, we had an interested buyer. We could not believe it! This is one time I was pleased to be proven wrong. JOB WELL DONE!

Toni's team put together a great package and operated at the highest level of professionalism. They were fast and thorough with the process. They helped me understand what was happening, when it was happening, and what to expect. They were very accurate in their predictions, and that helped me plan and prepare. The entire process was hassle free. I didn't live at the house during the sale process, and after the initial paperwork, everything was handled by the well-equipped staff. When something did come my way, the paperwork was easily filled out and signed online.
