We came across Tony Baroni’s team and saw they had great reviews, so that’s who we went with. We are so glad we selected this team for our home buying purchase and you will be too! They made the process so easy and they were wonderful to work with! Our team was Kate, Heidi and Ashley. From start to finish, they were just awesome. We were already slightly nervous about doing this process from across the country, but this team knew exactly what they were doing and they did it flawlessly. They were so easy to communicate with, very responsive and gave us so many options to look at. They knew the process inside and out and navigated the process with ease and perfection. Heidi was a total rockstar when it came to looking at homes for us. She did the video tours with us and sent recordings afterward so we could go back and look at the homes on our own time. I feel like at times we sent Heidi all over the place on a wild goose chase and she did it with grace, professionalism and a smile. She was very thorough and just awesome to work with. Kate… poor Kate! She is a real and true gem and helped us get the house of our dreams. Kate was always available, even for a late night text because of the time difference. Our closing process did not go smoothly, at all (nothing on the Keller Williams side, 100% the broker we used). Kate was a huge advocate for us and gave our broker the professional push he needed to get things done and was by our side 100% of the way. Tony Baroni helped my Wife and I purchase our first home 10 years ago. We closed on a Monday and got married on a Friday. He was amazing and helped us keep calm throughout the entire process in what we thought was a crazy time. Flash forward to today and Tony and his team helped us sell that house and buy our dream home all during the Covid 19 pandemic.
