The Tony Baroni team, particularly Devin Zinkosky and Kate Conroy, were a pleasure to work with in the search for our new home. They are very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and responsive. I don't think we are particularly picky or difficult clients, we had basic requirements on price and size to fit all of our furniture and Devin was very helpful in finding homes that met our requirements. The Tony Baroni Team is just AMAZING!!!!! Specifically, Craig and Cheri were Awesome! They helped us sell our house in Riverview so we could move back to Valrico. And, since we were competing against new construction in our neighborhood, it was not easy. Recently, when I needed to sell my house, I interviewed several agents and decided to go with the Tony Baroni team under Keller Williams Realty. I had even interviewed other KW Realtors, but Tony and his team were who I went with. I was not disappointed and extremely impressed with their confidence, professionalism, attitude and experience. I could not afford to have my house on the market long (paying for two mortgages and utilities on two properties); I needed a team that was experienced in my location and could work quickly. Our house was on the market and listed in MLS within four days of talking with Craig Kellner. The very following day, our house was under contract, above our listing price, after being shown three times. Cheri Meirose guided us through the entire process from contract to closing, accurately predicting what would come next and the outcomes – the buyer had an FHA guaranteed loan, which required more inspections/appraisals than a standard mortgage. Tony and his team were extremely responsive and timely while answering all of our questions, often providing information outside of “normal business” hours. A couple weeks ago, I closed on my first home with the guidance and very capable assistance of Kate Conroy with the Tony Baroni Keller Williams Team. I began my home search with some fears, as I expected it to be an intimidating and troublesome ordeal. I really want express my deep gratitude to Kate for a trouble-free, happy experience. Kate’s knowledge level on questions and issues surrounding the mechanics of home buying is absolutely astounding. She knows the “ins and outs” of virtually every possible scenario. In addition, her generosity and willingness to find an answer she didn’t have were reassuring. I was never left wondering about anything. Once you become Kate’s client she does everything in her power to see that your wishes are met. If, for example, you express a concern about an area where a prospective property is located, Kate responds immediately. She is never grudging with her time, and never pushes you to something you’re not 100 percent comfortable with. Kate works with you and the budget you have, and gives you the comfort of knowing she is totally on your side. When you do find a place that checks all your boxes, she works to get the seller to fix any discrepancies on the property and to get the best possible price. She has contacts in the financial sector, she knows how to find service people to fix problems, inspectors, etc. She gives you a list of contacts which allows you to select whomever best appeals to you. Shah did everything he said he was going to do from the free consultation to having a free open house for us. We even tried Offer Pad and they would not even make a low ball offer to the price we had during the time we were trying to sell For Sale By Owner.
