The process could not have gone better thanks to Kate Conroy, Laurie MaGie and the Tony Baroni team. They took the stress and anxiety out of buying our first home and we really enjoyed the process and working with them. Polite, professional and incredibly responsive, the team took excellent care of us!

A few years ago we used Tony Baroni and his team to sell our first home and purchase another one. The experience went so well for us that, when life took us in a different direction this year and we needed to move again, the only realtors we thought of working with were Tony Baroni's team again. On the selling side, Craig came out and evalulated our home and gave us an honest price to list it at (which ended up being correct when the appraisal came in!). He was patient with us for a few weeks while we got everything in order, and then after photos were taken he and Louis got the property listed. We must have listed at the right price because we started having showing requests for the very next day (and over 20 in total)! We ended up having a few challenges with buyers this time around, but Craig and Cheri helped us navigate the issues, right into a successful close in the morning that allowed us to purchase our new home the very same day! When it came to finding a new home, we were staying in Florida, but out of the market that Tony Baroni's team generally served. Luckily for us they had recently expanded to Orlando where we were looking, and we were able to stay within the company when buying - which made the communication and process much smoother! Mike went with us to view several homes, and when we found the one we really wanted, Mike helped us put together an offer that won out of multiple others, which we were very grateful for! Mike and Laurie kept in touch and helped keep things moving on the buying side while we were focused on selling, and it all came together in the end. The entire process took just under two months, which was a bit longer than the first time, but only due to us securing a buyer for our current home (no issues with us, Tony Baroni's team, or the house - just some things out of our control). While I hope to not need the team's services again for a long time, if we ever need to move again Tony Baroni will be the first realtor I call, and I highly recommend others use them as well - for both buying, and selling!

Craig and Cheri from the Tony Baroni Team were awesome to work with. I initially had problems getting offers on my home with my first realtor and after 3 months of nothing I gave Tony Baroni's Team a call. Craig and Cheri were very responsive and understanding of my frustration and situation and promised to work hard to help get my house sold. Two weeks later we had an offer and my house was sold. They definitely delivered. They made it easy and stress free. Don't be like me. Start with the best from the beginning. I highly recommend them.

We were super happy with Ann Marie and Tony. Both showed up for our listing meeting and were very attentive to our property. Tony suggested a couple of things that we could do to help the sale. He must have been right, because we sold at full list price in one day. After that, Ann Marie kept in touch with us to make sure we knew each step that we need to do and how things were going with the buyer's loan. We couldn't have asked for more from the Tony Baroni Team. Our daughter had recommended them to us. And now we, also, can highly recommend them to anyone.

Bottom line is Craig and team did a great job selling my home. We had a 98% offer in 4 days! Craig himself was very personable, professional, and down to earth. Craig was super responsive through the entire process, which, we needed since this was our first home sale. The team behind the scenes was always on point. Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property, and how they promote their listings. The Tony Baroni Team stood out as the best Tampa has to offer! His rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), his social media presence was strong, and I could tell his team puts a lot of work into their listings. My husband and I met with Tony and Cheri at our home. They spent a long while answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, their promise to us and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house would be tough to sell just because of the comps and market. Tony made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, making recommendations on what to improve in our house and what will work as is, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. He was honest about the selling price and was not pushy in any way. To our surprise our home was able to list for a lot more than we had thought it would. When we saw our listing we were blown away. His teams hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition.The video highlights of our home on all the websites really made our home stand out from the competition. And the huge printed brochures were also a nice touch when people came to see our home. Our house went under contract just shy of 25 days after we put it on the market at close to asking price. We accepted and Tony and his team walked us through every step up until we handed the keys over at closing. Tony even made it a point to check in on us personally to see how we were doing with the showings, all while he was out of town.
