Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning

Owner, Eric Swilley did a great job showed up on time and cleaned all requested carpets and price was good $180 for area listed above approximately 550 square feet. Carpet smelled lemony fresh when he left.

This is the fourth time Eric has cleaned our carpet and rugs. He always shows up on time and does a fantastic job. I would recommend him to anyone.

The couch looks great! Eric got all the stains out from my dog and cat. He was professional and quick. I needed it done within 2 days of contacting him and he was out the next morning. I would highly recommend this company!

Again, Eric arrived on time (actually a few minutes early). He explained what he would be doing and then set up. I watched him work. He was very through in the cleaning especially the grout (which had not be cleaned in 32 years). He took the time to seal all of the grout. We were completely satisfied

Eric thoroughly vacuumed all rooms, including using the edging tool around all moldings. He then sprayed the cleaning chemical, paying particular attention to stains. He used what looked like a buffing machine to scrub the carpets and finished the job by using the same machine but with mop type pads to dry the carpets. It is not an exaggeration to say the carpets looked brand new when he was done. I was really amazed at how stains disappeared with this treatment. Eric was meticulous in his work, courteous, prompt and charged a very reasonable fee. I have used other carpet cleaning services before and have never been this pleased with the entire experience. Heaven's Best and Eric are fantastic. We have used his services at least four times since we met in August 2013 at three different properties. He was responsive to our initial call, and we set an appointment. He arrived a few minutes early and we reviewed what we wanted done. (Clea the carpet in the living room, dining room, and hallway). I mentioned a stain on the carpet in a bedroom and asked if he could look at it while he was here. He was happy to do so, He was completely done in one hour and my wife and I were very pleased with the results. NOTE: He was successful in removing the stain in the bedroom, as well. Overall, he was professional, courteous, and effective with his work. I was very pleased with the overall experience and will not hesitate to use him in the future. I highly recommend him.

Eric did an excellent job. The chairs and mattress look and smell great. I had to reschedule our original appointment and he was very accommodating. He arrived on time, actually just a bit early, and did a fantastic job. Very professional and friendly. I will definitely call again when I need his services.

Our house is twenty years old and the grout in the tiled areas somewhat neglected over the years. When we realized the grout color was not really black, we attempted to clean it ourselves, but that was not working out. Contacted Eric (after checking here on Angie's List) for a free estimate. The price sounded reasonable and Eric assured us the grout should clean up nice. Due to his professionalism and obvious knowledge, while he was still here, we set up an appointment to have the work done. Eric called the day of the work to let us know he could come earlier if agreeable and it was. Eric arrived at the appointed time and got right to work. Thrilled with the outcome! Two of the tiled areas actually have blue grout and the third area has a neutral tan. Would definitely hire Eric and Heaven's Best again for tile/grout cleaning or any of the other services he offers.

Eric was very professional and did an outstanding Job cleaning my carpets and Bar Stools. The carpets came out very clean and the orange smell was very nice. Eric moved a heavy desk to attempt to remove Coffee stains. Unfortunately, the wet coffee may have caused the Desk stain to bleed into the carpet and he was unable to completely remove the stains. They still look lighter and the desk hides the stains.

We have called him back to clean some upholstery stained by our movers. Very professional. Would highly recommend.

I called Eric at the beginning of the week and got an appointment the same week. He worked hard and was willing to try to get stains out of things he never tried cleaning before (I told him I would not hold him liable :) ) He did a fabulous job and charged me about the same as another company who did far less for me. Also, he was very professional and personable. I will absolutely be using him regularly in the future.

I called Eric to get an estimate to shampoo the carpets in our home that we just purchased. He was very professional, extremely easy to schedule and plus his quote to us from long distance was effortless and was exactly the amount we paid and not a penny more. Also I found the discount he gives for Angie's list members just at the time of payment and he honored it with no hesitation. The carpets came out beautiful, he was on top of the schedule plus he made sure that the person who was to meet him to let him in was notified before he arrived. All in all a very pleasant experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Eric surprised me by arriving before my 9am appointment. He was professional, courteous and did an outstanding job. He took the initiative by moving some furniture out of the way before I could assist him to prep the carpets because I was occupied.
