Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning

I had a “track” of something in the master bedroom carpet. They used several different solutions and finally found one that got those stains out. The guest bedroom carpet had been cleaned several times and a stain was never able to be removed. Heaven’s Best got that stain out as well! I am thrilled! Definitely will use again and recommend them to you!

We scheduled an appointment and they called to confirm. They also called on the day of the appointment indicating that they could work us in earlier if we were available which worked out well for us. We were dreading having the long water and vacuum hoses stretched out all the house on our hardwood floors but turns out they use a different system that doesn't require that equipment. They cleaned both the rug and the carpet using cleaning materials they could carry into the rooms so there were no hoses all over our floors. Both rugs cleaned up very nicely and because the system they use is low moisture they were almost dry within the hour. The cleaners were polite, pleasant and explained how their system differs from traditional carpet cleaning systems. We were very pleased with the results.

Super wonderful ! They got all the stains and black spots out . I have a small carpet cleaner and have tried to get the stains out in the past, and failed. The carpets looked new. The carpet is 8 years old, and Heavens Best still go my carpets clean.

The bedroom with the most severe loosened carpet was fixed great, however the other 2 rooms still had bulging near the closets. I'm still waiting for them to return to fix the other 2 rooms.

Our puppy got out of his crate and ended up having accidnets in every room. I could not get the stain or smell out of my daughter's bedroom by using my pet carpet cleaner vacumm. I called and Eric himself scheduled our appointment only a week out due to my schedule. My sister ended up letting the guys in since i had to work that day and even she said they were on time, friendly, professional and had reasonable prices. We had three bedrooms cleaned and my sister informed me the carpet was dry the same day withing the hour. I will definitly be using them again to have our carpets cleaned and recommend to our friends.

Egregious pet stains on 12-year-old white carpet! We were despairing, but Bill took care of us. The carpet may have a new lease on life.

Firstly, I was impressed that they were able to schedule such a big job in only 2 days time. They were excellent. They got here on time, got to work right away, needed no instruction from me. They finished in a reasonable amount of time. There was no inconvenience to anyone in the home. When they left, there was no mess, only a pleasant, light scent from the cleaning solution, and very clean carpets and furniture. First Class job.

Leery about carpet cleaning but this was a great first experience. Eric answered the phone right away and he had a cancellation I could use the very next day. He answered all my questions. It was like inviting a friend into your house to help with something, not just a big company.

I had contacted Eric through Angies list with a couple of questions and he promptly replied. We had remodeled our bathroom and I wanted to get the carpets cleaned after the last of the workers were in the house. Once we knew when the last workers would be done in the house, I called Eric and he scheduled to come out the afternoon of the last installs. He later contacted us and arranged to come out earlier which worked out great for us. He arrived promptly and it took about an hour and a half to get our carpets cleaned. It was exactly what we wanted, not much water used so they dried by early evening so we could move furniture back. Eric was professional, and very nice. The carpets look so much better and we are very happy with the job he did. I would recommend him to anyone who needed carpets cleaned. The price was also very reasonable. We had had the carpets cleaned a couple years before and had paid more money and had wet carpeting along with a couple of spots they did not get out so we are happy we went with Eric this time. Very satisfied.
