Excellent visit. All work done was needed to maintain a good functioning unit. Yearly maintenance is important to any air conditioning system to prevent serious problems. I am always confident in the quality of work with this company and it's employees.

Arrived on time; checked/repaired all areas thoroughly; discovered and sealed leak in outgoing ductwork in attic; very courteous and professional.

I called office to have the guys come out to check my A/C unit because it was not cooling. The appointment was scheduled and the guys showed up, performed the required maintenance and did not find any other issues. Restarted the system and it has been working perfectly. Extremely well. We even asked about a special ultraviolet light for our system to kill germs and they told us it wasn't necessary due to the regular annual maintainence we perform.

Been using Chester Williams inc. for years. Has always been punctual and professional. Very Informative and honest in discussing and explaining any questions we have. They clean the unit and check electrical and refrigerant. Gives us peace of mind to know our unit is serviced by such reliable folks.

Had a loud noise coming from the outside unit on a Friday morning. I had met Mr. Williams while he was providing an estimate for a family member earlier in the year. I discussed A/C issues with him at that time and was impressed with his customer service approach and general knowledge of A/C issues. I decided to keep his business card for my future A/C service. So I called them first thing to see if someone was available to look into my problem. This was a Friday and I wanted to get this issue resolved before the weekend. Called their number and left a voice message. I received a call back within the hour, explained my problem and service team was scheduled to arrive at 11:30 AM. They did, had required parts on hand and completed the job . I asked if they provided annual system maintenance service and they did, so I asked them if they could do a complete system checkout while they were here. They were happy to do so and completed everything by 2 PM. Unit working well and I'm satisfied with their effort to service my system. BTW, the two service tech's were great to work with (I believe they were part of the William's family).

I don’t have a contract with them, but I call them about once a year to come out and look at the machine in order to make sure that it is still running. They are very professional and knowledgeable. The technician was also able to explain to me clearly about what he was doing.

I CALLED HIM IN THE AFTERNOON AND HE CAME OUT THE NEXT MORNING, WHICH WAS WONDERFUL. HIS PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE AND HE ALSO FIXED MY FILTER BECAUSE IT DOESN'T STAY IN PLACE. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. HE ALSO EXPLAINED SOME THINGS ABOUT OUR WATER HEATER TO ME. I'LL DEFINITELY USE HIM AGAIN. HE'S GOING TO COME EVERY YEAR TO SERVICE OUR A/C UNIT.

I LEFT A MESSAGE ON THE MACHINE AT 9PM STATING THAT MY A/C WENT KAPUT. I RECEIVED A CALL BACK AT 9:30PM, SETTING UP AN APPT. THE NEXT DAY. THEY ARE A GREAT FAMILY BUSINESS - HONEST, RELIABLE, FRIENDLY, AND WELL PRICED.
