This company is one of the most professional, experienced and friendly companies I have ever dealt with. Their response time is extremely quick and they arrive on time. The inspection and service was very detailed along with a very fair price. I can't say enough good things about the wonderful experience I had with this company. Companies need to model their operations after this company.

It was the yearly service. They are always professional and nice. They are honest and that’s hard to find in this day. They also installed my air conditioner last year and I haven’t had any problems. I would recommend them to anyone.

These folks rock. I am so happy that I've found someone that I can count on. When they say they will be here, the are. They work diligently and are great to work with. Happy folks. I don't feel like they will try to take advantage. Love working with a family operation.

The appointment was scheduled for 2 days after my call to their office. Just a regular maintenance check. I was given a 3 hour window for when to expect their serviceman. He arrived as expected right in the middle of the time window. The service was professional and friendly. The serviceman, Robert, was very pleasant and informative. I learned a few things about AC units and got some information to help us plan for the future as our unit is old but still doing well. Very impressed with service over all.

Went well, they were very responsive and I felt like I was in good hands. Really felt like it was family helping family. The repair was bigger than expected but they hung with it all day. Even had to go to Ybor for a part. Was really glad that I didn't have to do a full repair of my system since it is about 12 years old.

We had called a different company about a month ago for the unit not working, ergo I was a bit annoyed about it having an issue again. My mom, who is also an Angie's List member, recommended this company to me. She gave them a glowing recommendation so I was hopeful that this time the AC would be fixed. I called and spoke to Cathy and explained my problem. She was very courteous, professional and extremely helpful. I was lucky that this was sort of a slow time and she was able to get me on the schedule for the same day. She was super nice. When Robert came out (he also had another tech with him whose name I did not get, my apologies) he listened to my explanation of the issue very attentively. He already had an idea that our drain line was plugged, but he said he would also check out any other possible issues. The drain line was plugged, and I asked if this was something that should have turned up with our previous call to the other company. He explained that a lot of companies only flush the drain from the outside with a hose, but that they use a vacuum to really get the drain clear. He also noted that the previous tech had left a cap off on part of the AC. Additionally, he explained in great detail how my set up is a little different since we have a gas furnace, and that other companies may not take into account this setup when they are servicing the unit. They had the unit running in about 15 minutes, but still completely checked out the unit in the garage, and the compressor outside, which is how they found out about the cap. In summary, they got the unit working VERY quickly, performed maintenance on the unit, explained everything very thoroughly, were very nice,professional polite and obviously abundantly knowledgeable. A pleasure doing business with them, and I would HIGHLY recommend.

This company is OUTSTANDING! I take great pleasure in giving them my highest recommendation. I began using their services a couple of years ago after I received a glowing "word of mouth" recommendation from one of their longtime customers. I have been completely satisfied with their service. This company is family owned and operated and they truly care about their customers and it shows! They are what I refer to as "Old School" because their customer service is exemplary and rarely seen in today's world. You can expect prompt, courteous, efficient service for a reasonable price. The fact that they are personable and super nice to deal with is just icing on the cake.

Chester and his team spent several hours diagnosing the problem, isolating it, and replacing only the parts that were necessary. We have an old system, but now its running like new. Considering their time, labor, and parts we feel the cost of their service was an excellent value. If you want it fixed right, the first time, call Chester!

Exactly as I expected that it would. The workers were very efficient with their time.

First time we had called this company. They came within 4 hours of our call, replaced capacitator, added freon and suggested an annual maintenance check which was due. We followed up with the maintenance visit two weeks later. It was thorough. Staff were polite, and gave information necessary to keep our unit running for several more months until we could meet the cost of a new one.

On this servicing call, the system was tested totally and parts needed were provided. One can always depend on Chester Williams Inc. to professional, give you an honest assessment and do an excellent job. On some occasions, I have hired other companies, due to their low introductory prices, but they always advise of additional work needed and try to sell un-necessary items for your system; thus raising the price much higher than expected.. Chester Williams Inc. has never done that. I will always use them.

I received a reminder call for yearly service and was able to set up on my schedule within a week. I was given a 2 hour window, and technicians showed up a few minutes early. Questions I had were answered without hesitation. Maintenance was handled quickly and efficiently, and everything was neat and tidy when service people left.

Excellent. The team was punctual and right on time, no "window" of waiting. They came in, explained the work to my wife and did exactly what they promised to do with the AC tune-up. Even called us a week before as a reminder to have our system check-up done since it had been a year. Excellent company and very friendly and helpful folks!

I was extremely pleased at how quickly (the next day) the part came in and that they immediately returned the next morning and installed it. They showed the part to me and explained everything I needed to know to feel comfortable about the work being done.

They are listed in Plant City listings on Angie's List but when I called I was told Plant City was too far, they only serve Valrico area.
