Description of Work: Dennis was very professional and did a wonderful job.I needed my dryer vent cleaned. Dennis explained the procedure and cost to me over the phone. He called and kept me informed as to when he would arrive. It was unbelievable how much lint had built up in the vent. Awesome customer service.

Description of Work: The pricing is a little high for what was actually done in the home. I believe it they were only in the house for maybe 20 minutes or so but the cost was well over $100.

Description of Work: Dennis was hired to do our annual clean-out of wood stove and stove pipe to prepare for winter heating. He is very pleasant, professional and really knows what he is doing. Price was a bit higher than another company I used to use, but still within reasonable range for these services. We also asked his advice and assistance with a bat colony that has taken up residence in a fireplace chimney of our 1800s home, and have engaged him to come in a few weeks to install a missing screen under the chimney cap once the critters have left for the season. Very happy with his flexibility and willingness to help.
