Very responsive, called me back right away and came out within 30 minutes.

This company did work for me back in June 2017 and I was pleased. Contacted them again on 01/19/18 via Angie's list and did not hear back. Called on 01/24/18 and message says temporarily closed.

My chimney issue remains unresolved. The company never followed up after their visit. I have called several times and left messages and got one voicemail in response. I tried to email via their website but the link does not go to an email address. In addition, 2 days after the dryer vent was cleaned, our dryer stopped drying. I thought it was a coincidence, but my dad went up in the attic and found that a part of the pipe was disconnected and below it was completely full of lint. Like start a fire chock full of black stuff. I'm really disappointed in this company. I always try to hire someone in my area, and this company has great reviews. In fact, the chimney sweep who came out was super friendly, hard working, and seemed knowledgeable. He even took photos of the chimney issue, and found that it isn't a cap issue but rather a chase cover issue. Bigger problem requiring a special order. I never heard back from him. And while I know he went on the roof, I don't know how he failed to properly clean out the dryer pipe. In person service was very pleasant, but ultimately they failed on both projects. Very disappointing...

Very good, they showed up when scheduled and were very professional. It was a messy job, but they put down a tarp to control the mess and cleaned up everything when finished.

It went great. Very professional. Did the work he said he was going to do and did it at a fair price. I will definitely use this service again.

Anyway, we have barely used the fireplace and as I mentioned - new construction - so he came with another worker in a Tophat, inspected the fireplace, then the outside on the roof and all was fine with the chimney. They also went into the attic to see if they could find the leak as the chimney was absolutely intact. Couldn’t see where the leak was coming. Even took some pics where the roof meets the chimney and again let us know how intact all with the chimney is. Landed up giving us a referral to an excellent roofer. We were totally pleased with all (upset, about the leak though!!) Dennis went above and beyond for us. He was so honest and this is so hard to find these days. I am very impressed with him and his company. Thank you for helping us out- as it was so appreciated.

Outstanding! Dennis is the owner, was on vacation and called me back within 1 hour to schedule service with his crew. Marvin came to my house and was the consummate professional. He was very thorough, educated me, and cleaned up when he was done with the work. These folks are the real deal and they are great. Thank you for an OUTSTANDING job! Love the chimney hat! Was there quickly and did great work.

The process was extremely clean and the tech answered all of my questions and took his time explaining what I needed in the future. I appreciated his patience with me and will be calling them to replace panels in the future.

My dryer was not drying properly. After having the elements replaced, it still wasn't great. When A Chimney Sweep came out and cleaned the dryer vent, everything was perfect! Professional, reliable, reasonable, and honest.... what more can you ask?

He did an extremely professional job on the cleaning of the chimney, taking care to keep everything clean with protective equipment and draping. I would have likely used him as well to free up the dryer vent, but had someone come by earlier that day for an estimate on the dryer vent, and they went ahead and fixed it. One of the reasons that I was interested in Chimney Sweeps and More was that they were one of the few firms that did both chimneys and dryer vents, and would do both at a single visit. He also identified a crack in the fireplace wall that is a safety hazard, and offered to fix it for $250.

Fine, did the work, found a hole in the cap, showed me a photo from the roof, had material in the truck and fixed it.

First trip: the cap was either measured wrong or cut wrong. Stressful experience. Second trip: everything went smoothly.

Called to set up an appointment and Dennis told me he's booking out a week and a half. I told him I was in no rush. He said if I didn't want him to come today to call someone else. Not very nice. I won't give them my business if he doesn't want it....it's not rocket science guys it's a dirty chimney.

Terrible. Once Dennis realized I was looking for another company, I said - "Oh Im sorry about that, but Ill keep your information on hand".....he scoffed and said "um, no." and hung up on me. I couldnt believe it! So I called back and got his voicemail upon which I left a very nice message which included have a nice day. Gotta kill them with kindness! But what a terrible way to run a business, you would think he would be gracious just in case I couldn't find the other guy. Someone needs some customer service classes! Would not recommend, what a weirdo!

I was disappointed in the way this company handled my quotation and inquiry to get work done. I would not recommend using them for chimney repair work. Maybe they handle other things really well?

Great! Dennis showed up and cleaned my chimney. He fire inspected it and got it ready for the winter coming up! Very professional and thorough. I feel safer knowing that the fireplace is clean and inspected after he left.
