Description of Work: Cleaned all lines and then found it was a full septic tank causing the problem. I had a pump out and everything was fine. I should have had the septic service done first. Superior did a fine job as well. Thanks to both.

Very unprofessional firm.
Description of Work: I Contacted one of the owners, Mike, for some repair work. He advised me he would stop by to look at it the next day. I called the office repeatedly that day to determine when he would come by to make sure I was here. I was told he would get right back with me. I waited and called again and the receptionist again said either Mike or she would return the call and tell me when they would be here. Days past, and I never received a call back. Very unprofessional organization who seems to pick and chose the work they would like to do. I will never call them again.
