I called and asked them to come the following day. The next day they were exactly on time and were out in no time. As they worked, they gave me advice on how to make sure that the valves wouldn't be damaged during subsequent cabinet work I was having done. I've used them 2 other times in the past (replacing outside piping and installing a tankless water heater) and in each case they did exemplary work. In each case, they asked me good questions to make sure the work they were doing was appropriate to the problem at hand and did the work in a way to avoid unnecessary cost and effort.

I hired Willingham Plumbing because they could come out the same day. They came out and did a great job of cleaning out the pipes, doing the exact same thing I had done two days earlier. They warned my wife that we would have to replace the garbage disposal soon. Two days later the pipes backed up again, and one day after the pipes backed up for the third time, I crawled under the sink and replaced the garbage disposal. Remarkably since I replaced the garbage disposal we haven't had any problems with backed up pipes. While they did the job I hired them to do, I feel that I got ripped off because I was the one that actually made the final repair.

It worked and no time was wasted. No repeat was necessary. I'm sorry if the date isn't entirely accurate. I used this company several times, for different reasons,and their service was always completely satisfactory.

Very professional and knowledgeable crew and I definitely will use them again - as well as recommend them to friends/neighbors. I'm glad I dismissed the and quot;Fand quot; given by one reviewer, as sometimes you must consider extenuating circumstances as well as the reviewer. All-in-all, I think I've found our new plumber!

They were able to come out the same day I called, and showed up on time. He had all of the necessary parts with him to replace the valve without difficulty.

The company owner, Jim promptly called me in response to a message I'd left (after checking local plumbing company ratings here) over the Memorial Day weekend regarding the need for a new electric water heater. I'd already researched and priced water heaters and labor costs. He was very knowledgeable and said that he could get the proper sized water heater for my unit early on the first business day after the Memorial Day weekend and bring it by, removed the old water heater and install the new one that same day (5/29). The estimate he quoted, to include the new electric water heater, was quite reasonable and beat what I'd researched. Jim showed up as scheduled (even a tad early) with two of his employees in tow. They got right to the work and were very professional, gladly explaining what they were doing if I had any questions. They had all the proper tools and equipment to do the job and had it all done in what seemed like faster than normal time for such work. I had also alerted Jim during our phone call that I'd like theym to install a ndwly purchased kitchen faucet and one of his employees able installed that while there. Jim took the time to give a few suggestion/tips re: water heater before he left. Jim and his crew were very professional and competent. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend this company.

These guys saved the day! Got an appointment the same day. They were about 15 min early. It took them about 45 min. They didn't just put the quickest, cheapest fix on it either. They had to dig a little, but they repaired not only the broken, plastic valve, they installed solid piping in the hole they dug as far as they could. I appreciate that they only dug a little hole (2 sq/ft and about 1.5ft deep). He filled the hole in up to the valve, then left it up to me to figure out how I wanted to make it pretty again. He did recommend getting a valve cover from Lowes.

They called ahead of time and made sure they were on time. He took the time to unclog as week as resolve my slow drain, which were separate issues. The price was very fair.

He did a great job, was quick, and professional---he knew instantly what the problem was and had it done in no time. We will use this company again.

He's very good. He's excellent. He's not real expensive and he comes when you ask him to come. He's a regular nice guy, I've known him for years.

It was great. They arrived promptly, figured out the problem and completed their work in about 30 minutes or so. They even installed a new brass bib on the backyard faucet which could not be repaired.

He was very straight forward with the estimate. The estimate was for $7600. I would include them when I go in for the second estimate.

For the estimate, the plumber arrived 30 minutes late but was very knowlegeable and discussed the various options available to us. He arrived on-time for the actual scheduled work. Very friendly and chatty and the job was completed in about an hour with no incidents. The finished work is tidy and leak free. We thought the estimate was reasonable at $200 but he discounted it to $150 when the job was done easier than expected. Much appreciated!

We spent approximately $500 on that service. The job went just fine. We would tell other members that they were punctual, reliable and were easy to get an appointment with on short notice.

Overall, the experience has been good. I've been using their services for about 5 years. He was the only plumber that had the repair equipment to replace a crummy pipe that had a leak. I called him and within 2 hours, my pipe was fixed. I had all of my water cut off, my bathroom was flooding so it was an emergency. The price was very reasonable. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.

My hot water heater needed to be replaced after 5 years of use so I called Willingham Plumbing at 9AM and they had someone here at 10AM with a replacement. The quoted me a fair price so I let them do the work. They had the new one installed in about 1.5 hours. Excellent work!

They came out the next day. They were pricier than I had expected, but they fixed it in about 10 minutes.

I called to see if they could fix my hot water heater and someone came over that day to check on it. They told me it needed to be replaced and helped me to determine which one I should get. The next morning they came and installed the heater that I picked up. Very professional and courteous.

I've had to call Willingham Plumbing on a number of occasions about busted water lines. They responded promptly each time. After two breaks within a couple of weeks, I requested a quote to replace all the pipes and water heater. In less than an hour I had the quote and the job would be done on the coming Saturday. The crew of 5 arrived at 7:00 A.M. sharp as promised. They did a good job, kept the area clean and removed all the trash. The stayed busy all the time and never goofed off.

The garbage disposal would not grind up the vegetable peels and the sink filled with water. I tried plunging the drain without success. I called Willingham Plumbing 9:00 on Monday they had a cancellation and informed me someone would be out within the hour. John arrived and went right to work on the clogged drain. John had the sink unclogged within minutes. He explained why the garbage disposal stopped working and ways to prevent it from happening in the future. He was very professional and did not leave any water on the floor or under the sink for me to clean.
