Michael came out to the house at the appointment time. He was courteous and professional the whole time here. Did the whole house inspection and we finally have hot water to the washing machine... hooray! Checked the water heater and all of the interior and exterior pipes and bibs and gave great recommendations that would not cost a fortune. We will have this company back in the near future to repair/replace the needed items. Thank you, Michael and Richard Sturgeon, Inc. for your honesty and integrity! Very happy customer, indeed!!!

Richard was responsive and honest! We didn't know what to expect when we turned on the water. Badly plumbed dishwasher with corroded drain. Critters behind wall and tub. Toilet needed replaced. Couldn't check water heater without power. He was able to get us started for now and I hope he can work on future projects!

from beginning to end my experience with this provider was fantastic! i contacted them yesterday via angies list and received a phone call within 5 minutes. mike said he could come on thursday at 8:00 am. he showed up 15 minutes early! mike was friendly and an excellent worker. he had everything going in less than 1/2 hr. i would definitely recommend richard sturgeon plumbing inc. to anyone reading this review! they now have another lifelong customer!!!!

.Serviceman showed up 3 hours late for appointment to give estimate on work to be performed, never called. This was on a Fri. When he came we did a quick review of what we wanted. He tried to convince us we wanted an inferior product to what we requested, Regardless, he was going to get back to us on Mon with prices. Its now Wed, we haven't heard from him again. We would be fools to ever consider allowing this company into our home

My master bedroom toilet was overflowing as well as my shower and tub. I emailed multiple companies and Richard Sturgeon, Inc was the first to respond even though it was Sunday night! Mike came out today and did a great job! I had no idea where my main drain or my septic tank was since I just moved into my house two weeks ago. He took his time and found it behind some bushes in my front yard. Though he was not able to fix the problem, he did identify that it was my septic tank and referred a company right away. While working he gave me very helpful advice since he lived in the area. He recommended products I could use for everyday household problems and as he was sealing my toilets and tub, he showed me how to do that as well. I can't recommend this company enough, especially Mike! Very professional and friendly.

The company did an excellent job start to finish. Timely, neat, reasonable.

Richard has been our plumber for 15 years or so. He is always on time, finds the problem, and resolves it in a soft spoken professional manner. He has installed our hot water heater, bathroom sinks and toilet bowls, kitchen sinks and outside main drain repairs and maintenance. I would highly recommend, if you want an honest, efficient, reasonably priced, and friendly plumber, than Richard Sturgeon should be your plumber.

It went very well. My utility sink in my garage was backing up when the washer drained. He informed me that there was a clog and came out on a Saturday to snake the drain. It didn't take long at all. He only charged me 125 dollars on very short notice. Very courteous and professional. He replaced my water heater last year on short notice too. Both times I had a bit of an emergency and he was there to help. He is priced right and friendly! I will not use another plumber and would highly recommend him.
