Great job from start to finish

Before I even contracted with Todd he was responsive and patient with my many questions. I was impressed with his responsiveness and knew he was the guy I wanted to conduct my home inspection. I had seen other positive comments about him as well. Todd confirmed our appointment, showed up on time, was neatly dressed and thorough in his inspection. He took the time to answer my questions and physically review the most important aspects of the inspection. As promised, he sent me the full report that evening complete with pictures of areas of concern and a complete checklist with condition status on all mechanical and structural issues. I thought his report was thorough and provided an excellent guide for me as to what projects I will want to tackle in the future and what needed to be attended to right away. This is the fourth home I've purchased and have always hired someone to do an inspection. Todd's was the best I've seen thus far. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I contacted Todd Johnson to inspect a house that I am in the process of buying in Florida. I live in North Carolina, so the entire transaction was conducted via telephone and email. He was very helpful and contacted my realtor to set up a time for the inspection. He also arranged for someone else to perform a wood destroying organism (WDO) inspection and included the cost of this inspection in his bill and forwarded the report to me. Todd emailed me the inspection report, which was very thorough and detailed, and explained each of his findings. He found one major problem, which is being taken care of by the sellers. I was very pleased with my experience with Todd and would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to someone else.

Todd arrived on time, and was extremely thorough. I walked around the house prior to him arriving making notes of things I wanted to ask him and in his review he covered all the areas I had questions on before I could ask him. His knowledge of the industry is exceptional. The house was built in 1996 and there was a plumbing system in the house we'd never seen before. He took the time to explain it to us and even called 2 local sources for more information to insure we had the best information to make a decision. I felt confident that his inspection was accurate and complete.

Originally, I hired Frontline Property Inspections to perform my home inspection and they did a fantastic job. Then, earlier this month, I found out through my insurance agent that I may be elgible for insurance discounts if I have a Wind Mitigation Inspection done on my home. I called Frontline Property Inspections again and the owner, Todd Johnson came to my home and performed the Wind Mitgation Inspection. The report was automatically submitted to my insurance agent and I am now saving over $650 per year on my homeowners insurance premium!! Thank you Frontline!!

We found our dream house on the water had had it inspected by Frontline Property Inspections, LLC. Todd Johnson (owner of the company) performed our inspection and enlightened us on some critical points. It turned out that the concrete foundation had major settlement cracks in it and was allowing water to soak up into the walls of the home. These cracks could not be seen as there was a beautiful new laminate floor installed over top. Not sure how he did it, but Todd found moisture in the walls of the home as well as some large electrical concerns. We decided not to purchase this home because of the potentially large cost of repairs. Since then, we found another home that we fell in love with. Todd inspected this home for us also and pointed out several things that we needed to do in terms of maintenance which will save us money in the future. Frontline Property Inspections is a great company. We have bought and sold several propertied in the Tampa Bay Area and have paid dearly by choosing inspection companies who did not find problems that they should have found. This is a critical point of home buying that could make or break your final purchase decision I recommend that you choose this company because they are extremely detailed, timely, professional and their reports are very no-nonsense and easy to read.
