As noted above, he did an excellent job cleaning carpets, very much in need of cleaning No deficiencies that we could identify would highly recommend his company we will ask him to clean our carpets again, when needed

Joe was great... from the scheduling piece, his wife gets in contact with you right away and sets up the appointment. Joe arrived promptly at 9am, he explained everything he was going to do and got to work. He was there for several hours cleaning the carpets and the floors. You can tell he really cares about his work! He got all the stains out of the carpet out and had the grout downstairs looking great. I had to go back to work while Joe was working but he stayed in contact with me and was very professional. Excellent customer service and excellent work. I would recommend Customer Care Systems to anyone needing carpet or tile work!!!!

John was prompt and professional. The carpet is really old and I just wanted it clean until could afford to replace the carpet. I am very pleased with the results.

'Much like the write-ups of others, we obviously expected a "miracle" with our carpet cleaning. 'But as my wife stated last night, "She did not expect any miracles since she had worked her buns off attempting to get our late Yorkie's "wee spots" or stains out of the carpet, as soon as it was noticed. (Yorkies are renknowned hard-heads, when it comes to "potty-training." All you can do is to house train them as best you can and dedicate a room with potty pads, take them out a lot and hope for the best.) We're talking a really trying task here too since we've got "vanilla" carpeting that is older, which is a definite "No, No" to have particularly, with heavy traffic, kids and/or pets. However, that's what was here when we bought the place and what we have to deal with until such time as we can afford replacing it with tile or wood. Long story short... Joe did all he could to get our carpeting as clean as possible. He did a great job and I would recommend him and his work without question to anyone inquiring. It is extremely nice to have someone you contract with to:1.) Be punctual 2.) Professional 3.) Dedicated to and obvuously loves his work ....'Not much of that these days. Joe is courteous, polite and very thoughtful throughout his 3 hrs. spent at our home. Joe was able to accomplish in 3 hrs. what my wife admittedly stated would take more than a day. She has a fantastic Royal Shampooer/Vac, but with all the constant emptying the reservoir and refilling the "soap" dispenser, it's a laborious task. I had Joe come in to do the carpet cleaning as with my wife working full time, the task is too much to ask of her... Besides, I wanted her to enjoy the clean carpet without having to do anything herself!

From the moment we contacted them to schedule the appointment until the job was completed Joe and Tricia were great!! Joe took the time to not only greet us, but also our little dog Gizmo. He not only explained the process but he also answered our questions. We will definitely be using them again and will be referring them to our friends and neighbors!

he was fantastic. Worked all day. Came back the next morning to put all the furniture back in its place. On another occasion he shampooed all the carpeting and did a great job.

I couldn't be happier with the results, the carpets and tile look fantastic. Unlike some of the big chains that roll in and spend 30 minutes giving the carpet a quick once over, Joe from Complete Care spent almost 4 hours doing meticulous work. I thought there were a couple of stains that we would never get out, boom done! I highly recommend Complete Care and will certainly use them in the future.

From my initial call with Tricia to schedule the service, we had nothing but good experiences with this company. Joe was a delight to work with and such a hard worker! We highly recommend Complete Care Systems and will definitely call them back the next time we need are carpets cleaned.

Carpet looked great the first few weeks but as always soiled areas crept up from the pad to the carpet again. Great job, just looking for a miracle. Great guy, great service. Punctual and polite.

I scheduled weeks in advance to have my house cleaned before a move. I even had to call her to change a few things and she accomodated me greatly. Everything was great and my neighbors are going to use them as well.

Joe Staltare is very gracious. He arrived on time and provided an explanation of what was going to be done. I requested an extra chair and the entrance rug to be added as I had forgotten them. He was very accommodating. My mother has alzheimer's and he consoled her when there was an unexpected noise from the equipment. One of our chairs was quite soiled and he did an excellent job of restoring it to it's natural look. Joe worked very hard the entire time he was here (9am - 2pm). Our carpet looks like new with all traffic areas and spots having vanished. He explained the equipment and solutions brought up the soil and would keep it from returning like occurs after most carpet cleanings.

The sectional looks awesome. The sectional was dirty from an extended visit and just looked dingy, even though the sectional is less than one year old. The rep was very professional, arrived early. Did a great job. My sectional looks brand new again - I am so happy. The drying time was reasonable. The rep did a quality job. If I need anything else cleaned, I will definitely hire this company again. Thanks the reviews on Angies List, I found this company to start with. So Thanks!

Joe Staltare cleaned both the carpet and the rug. He was verry professional. He arrived on time, and finished in a timely manner. Both rugs were thoroughly cleaned and looked great. We will use theis company again for sure. k

Fabulous job to Complete Care Systems (Joe Staltare)!!!! Joe came to my house and looked over what I wanted cleaned and was honest about how each service would turn out. He told me that the chairs would look a lot better but that they would not look brand new. The chairs came out even better than I had expected. The tile looked fantastic when dried. He told me how to care for the tile and clean it in the future. Joe was very professional and honest. He showed up when he was scheduled too and did not leave until the job was complete. He was very thorough and explained everything as he did it. He followed up a couple of days later to make sure that everything had turned out just the way he had said. Everything was better....I am very pleased with the work that was done.

Joe did a fantastic job! He advised he would arrive at 2pm and showed up exactly at 2pm as well as confirming earlier in the day to ensure I would be home at the agreed upon time. It was a very difficult job and Joe was very thorough ensuring he removed all of the old grout as well as the caulking around the glass door and window. He then applied the new grout and caulking and cleaned it up very nicely and then came back as agreed upon 2 days later to seal it. He has a great attitude and is very thorough.The shower looks brand new and I'm extremley pleased with his work and highly recommend him!

I think I had a good experience with Complete Care Systems. I think they did a good job. I have nothing bad to say and I was happy with their service.

Not only was Joe punctual, but he arrived a few minutes early. He was very pleasant and professional, he did a great job cleaning the carpet, and he charged a very reasonable price. It was clear he took a lot of pride in his work. We had our carpet installed 3 years ago, and this was the first time we had it cleaned. I'm amazed at how much dirt can accumulate without knowing it, because now everytime I go upstairs it smells like fresh new carpet everywhere. From now on I'll have the carpet cleaned every year and I'll be calling Complete Care Systems..

Joe arrived promptly and was very professional. He took the time to move all of the necessary furniture and began pretreating the carpet. He gave me several great tips for keeping my carpets clean while he was working. I appreciated that there was no pressure at all to clean every room in the house - because certain rooms aren't used often, we decided not to have them done at this time, and there was no sales pitch/pressure to change my mind. The carpet looked great when he was finished, and it was dry in less than 2 hours.
