Joe is very professional, knowledgeable and excellent in service. He came on time, and explained everything about what he is going to do. He cleaned inside the dryer first, duct attached to dryer and on the roof too. Highly recommended.

From first phone contact with Tricia through completion of the cleaning by Joe all went smoothly. I appreciate this family-owned, green cleaning company and am a repeat customer (3rd time). Tricia is so personable and professional. Setting up a convenient appointment was easy. Joe is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He arrived within the time agreed and was finished within two hours. We had moved a few pieces of furniture and small items poor to his arrival. He moved other furniture pieces on his own. HIs use of hydrogen peroxide as a cleaning product is much appreciated. The clean smell of citrus was even nicer. The carpeting and rug were completely dry within 3 hours and we were able to place our furniture and small items back down that evening (probably could have done so sooner but we were being extra cautious). We will, definitely, use their services in the future.

Wonderful - They even helped in moving some of the furniture around. You could notice the clean smell. I was surprised how much dog hair came out even though I have a pet vacuum.

Terrible! Care was not taken to adequately clean high traffic areas. We sent pics the next day after things had dried out and the rep on the phone offered to send the man back again after seeing all the blackish dirt on a white washcloth. He came back and begrudingly re did two very small areas, making excuses the whole time. Still looked horrible so re did ourselves. We were shocked to see what came up. We wasted $180.00 using this company.

From speaking to his wife on the phone making the appointment, to having the work completed, the entire experience was wonderful and stress free. He called and asked if he could be at the house earlier,(which made life so much easier). He explained everything that he was doing from cleaning the floor to the final stage of sealing the grout. Even offered some nice cleaning tips to keeping it looking its best. The floor practically looks new. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend the company!!! The price was hands down the best!!

Joe cleaned the carpets in 2 rooms. He cleaned floor tiles and the grout in a large area, then sealed the grout. He arrived on time (actually asked if he could come an hour earlier, which was fine with us). He was very efficient and professional. The price (which included a 10% Angie's list discount) was very reasonable. He even left us a botle of carpet spot cleaner. In all, a very positive experience.

I purchased a $99 deal to have my sofa & love seat cleaned after having a previous deal with another company fall through. Complete Care Systems were very quick to respond & schedule an appointment. Joe showed up on time - actually he was even able to get here a little early! He did a great job cleaning the sofa & love seat. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I purchased an Angie's List special for tile and grout cleaning; I failed to recognize that the special was for floors. So I was very happy when the work was done anyway. We just purchased a property and were hoping that a good cleaning would delay the need to tear out the entire shower. The workman warned me that the years of accumulated dirt would not come entirely, but that I would see improvement. An hour or so later, we had a much cleaner shower stall. The workman spent some time showing us how we could improve the look of the still-stained areas of grout. Although the shower was not magically good as new, he set us up to recognize why that was probably an unrealistic expectation. Overall, I am very pleased with the work done. I would use this company again -- for tile floors.

Pre paid for the service on Angie's list, traded a few emails and scheduled the service. The provider showed up on time as agreed.He explained what he was going to do and each step involved.He was clean and professional. The carpets came out great. Did a great job.
