The cleaner was great! He did an excellent job. He even left me a bottle behind and told me how to clean the leather coaches myself.

It went excellent! Joe & his Jessica did a marvelous job on the grout! Very happy with the outcome! Looks like new floors!

It went beyond expectations. Leather sectional looks brand new (in reality, it's over 3 years old). Also, when Joe handed us his brochure, it stated they cleaned area rugs. He said they used a process whereby they wouldn't have to take it out of the house (which we were previously told had to be dry cleaned). We decided to go for it. After the cleaning, the rug's colors were restored to a WOW factor and the underneath flooring was TOTALLY dry as Joe had promised. I would recommend Complete Care for any cleaning services they provide and will most definitely use them again.

He was completely done within the hour and I was absolutely amazed! All the spots and general dirty high-traffic areas came out like almost new. I?ve lived in this house for 13 years and have had one steam cleaning job done during this time, but never expected to see like-new carpet again. Joe?s method is not steam cleaning. It?s much better! He was even able to bring up long-ago embedded cat hair. My two kitties passed away over three years ago and vacuuming apparently didn?t get all their hair up. Can a carpet look healthy? Mine does. This company does more than carpet cleaning. They also do rugs, tile cleaning, sealing, coloring and repair, and they do upholstery and leather cleaning. They even strip and wax Linoleum floors. Joe was friendly, professional, thorough and very reasonable in price. I can?t say enough good things to describe this experience. I very definitely will recommend him to everyone I know, and anyone who needs carpet cleaning, stain treatment and deodorizing cannot go wrong with this company. Hallejulah! Excellent job!

I liked them. They were prompt and were good. The carpets looked as good as they could for old carpets. There were no issues scheduling with them and they showed up on time.

Outstanding service. Joe, the owner and operator is a true professional. He takes pride in his work and the product he gives the customer. I am moving in to a "new" home. I wanted to see if the carpet could be restored to my expectations. Joe went well above my expectations! The carpets look almost brand new. I will not be having to invest in new carpet for a while. Thank you, joe for saving me thousands of dollars right now. The tile and grout is all shiny and new looking, too. He will be sealing the grout and scotch guarding the carpet. I can't wait to move my furniture on this beautiful plush carpet.

Long overdue review. I called to have a couch cleaned that we purchased from a used furniture outlet. The couch would be used primarily in a warehouse but we wanted to make sure it was clean since it was used. They were very courteous when I called and they came out when I needed them within the next couple of days if I remember correctly. They were on time and did a wonderful job despite the heat. The warehouse where the couch was located was not air conditioned & it was late summer. The guys were very nice & I would definitely recommend them. They also followed up with a call to make sure I was happy with the service.

What a great guy - he was so helpful. He looked around the house and made his recommendations - I went with his suggestions and am very pleased. The tile/grout look beautiful - good as new. Would definately use him again for any service - hard working, pleasant and takes pride in his work - would highly recommend him!!

Joe & Tricia work well as a team. Joe came out (on my schedule) and explained what he can do. He went over the products he would use and how he would clean it. He gave me an estimate that day and the next day Tricia called and emailed me a more detailed estimate. When Joe came out to do the work he was here all day. It was a big job. He did not rush his work and was very thorough. Due size of the grouting on one tub it was expected to shrink a little, which Joe advised me it would. He said to call him if there were any issues. I called back two days later just to add a little more chaulk and I mean like small cap full. I spoke to Tricia and set up another time (on my schedule) they were very accommodating and apologetic, however it was not their fault due to the size of the gap he had to fill. Joe came to my house on time, made the repair. What wonderful customer service and professionalism.

We are glad we found Joe. Joe is the guy. He is skilled, hardworking, conscientious, polite and honest. It is very rare to find all the qualities in a professional. He showed up on time and explained to us how the process works. He is one of the few carpet cleaning guys who will actually move furniture to reach spots and clean them. Since we did not know that he moved furniture, we had moved all the light furniture ourselves. He gave us a 10% discount without us asking(I would have gladly paid the full price). By the way, he did move the heavy furniture. And I have never seen the carpets this clean. And their office manager was very nice to work with. She gave us both a date and a time when I needed it. Joe has won himself a customer for life.

After reading the glowing reviews on Angie's List, we bought the Big Deal and contacted Complete Care Systems to schedule the cleaning of white(!) carpets in 7 rooms and stairs of a home we had purchased. The carpets were pretty dirty, and I was only somewhat hopeful that the carpets could be cleaned. Joe arrived and quickly went to work in our master bedroom, his process was unlike any any carpet cleaning process. He pulled up a lot of buried dog hair and dirt. It was fascinatingly disgusting. I had to head into work, but when I returned home; the carpets looked amazing. There were only 2 stains that couldn't be removed--and the carpets are white again. Amazing! I would highly recommend Complete Care Systems. We will definitely use them again to clean our rental home carpets and in our new home.

I spoke with Tricia to set up the appointment and had no problem getting the day I wanted. Joe showed up on time, actually a little early although he said he'd wait outside if I wasn't ready yet. He got right to work after explaining the process. He even moved a few pieces of furniture that I hadn't moved yet. He completed the whole 3 rooms in less than an hour and a half and it turned out just beautifully. I have had other companies clean my carpets over the years and I don't think any of them did as deep a cleaning as Joe did. I am 100% happy and I will be a return customer for sure. We were very happy with the work Complete Care Systems did cleaning our carpet. He did a good job. He worked very hard. He was very polite and on time. We paid extra to clean the carpet in two extra rooms.

Everything went extremely well. All work completed in a timely fashion.

I received a confirmation email from the Company confirming the apt date and time that included a picture and credentials of the technician who would be coming to perform our service...which was great! The Joe, who performed our service, was great! Professional and was great to deal with, he explained the process, ensuring all the products used were safe for us...our pets and me (I'm pregnant). He got out the toughest stains from our little Yorkie, who sometimes mistakes the carpet for her potty pads or the yard! My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the quality and how they were able to get out our toughest stains. We will definitely be using them again in the future...after the New Year, to be exact and we have already recommended them to our neighbors! A+ will definitely use again!!!

Joe came at appointed time. He measured the area to be cleaned and gave me an estimate which I thought was very reasonable and then proceeded to explain the procedure. He is very courteous and professional. I asked him to fix a problem I had with a folding door and he said sure no problem. I would call him again for service.

This company provided the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. No joke...the best!! I've used all the big boys and never had this type of service. Mr Staltare was so professional and knowledgeable.
