Joe was amazing! He showed up when expected for a quote, which was very reasonable. He cleaned a small area of the tile so I would know what to expect. I called Tricia to arrange a date for service and she was very nice. Joe showed up on time and was at my home for almost 5 hours. He moved all of my furniture and did such a great job; the tile looks like new! I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend his services.

I use this company to clean carpets at my home and recommended them to my office where they cleaned today. Joe and his son were right on time and worked together quickly and efficiently. They did a fantastic job, everything looks great and they were so polite and pleasant. I will always call this company for my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs. I have not one bad thing to say. SO happy with the service. PROMPT! Promptness is so rare these days. Incredibly courteous. Introduced himself, though I unfortunately can't recall his name :( He brought "indoor shoes" to wear inside and took his outside shoes off at the outside door. Was very thorough. He did more than I even thought he was going to do! Then allowed me to inspect the job and explained some of his process and knowledge about my fabric and the cleaning. He was so professional and kind. I highly recommend this company and would use them again!

it went great. he was very informative about cleaning the tile, sealing the tile, etc. he showed the spots that were not going to come up due to the grout being painted, but at least it was cleaned.

Joe was really great. During our first meeting he clearly explained the ins and outs of the tile/grout cleaning/sealing process, and did a small area to demonstrate the results I could expect. He was also upfront about areas that could never be restored 100%. On the day of service he showed up as scheduled and did the work in a timely manner. The results were better than I expected from his demonstration. My 15 year old tile & grout look almost new (there are limits to technology after all). The shower floor looks much better than I had hoped. I am more than satisfied with the results. Great job !

Professional from the very beginning. Tricia was kinda and accommodating over the phone. She gave us our absolutely reasonable quote and scheduled our appointment a week and a half later. Joe called to see if he could stop by an hour ahead of time which was wonderful. He was very polite and professional. He put us at ease and went to work immediately with no direction necessary. His work spoke for itself. Two of the carpets we were considering throwing away due to puppy accidents, but Joe removed all of the stains! It looks brand new. They scrubbed, cleaned, brushed, and more. My sectional looks like the day I bought it as well. The final price was exactly what Tricia quoted in the beginning - no surprises! The work they did could have easily been double the price and I'd still be thrilled. Recommend Complete Care Systems wholeheartedly. Thank you.

Joe arrived exactly at 9am as scheduled. He was courteous and very professional. He even brought an extra pair of clean shoes to wear inside our house leaving his others outside! It was a pleasure to meet him and we would hire his company again without hesitation. Our carpet hasn't looked this good in years.

It was very good and very prompt. It didn't take them long to finish the job. The only thing was that we had a little bit of an odor afterwards. It eventually disappeared, but it took a couple of weeks. It was reasonable. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. It took them probably less than a week to contact us. They gave us three different days to pick. I did that online and then they contacted me. They did what they advertised. I would use them again.

Outstanding! Took advantage of Angie's List coupon. Appointment was made promptly with Tricia. Joe came out right on time and got right to work. He took time to explain the cleaning process. The tile and grout look fantastic. It looked so good that I added the bathroom to complete and he got right to it without hesitation. Highly recommended, will make your tile and grout look like new.

The service went fine. I paid an additional fee to have them clean a rug for me as well. One technician came out and completed the job in a couple hours. He was very personable and thorough job. He did a good job and the carpet look good after the cleaning. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Very professional and detail oriented. I really appreciate the details such as using one pair of shoes for inside your home and another for when they went outside. They moved furniture where possible and cleaned underneath. They worked hard to remove pet and wine stains. They informed me when yellowing could not be removed due to a small rug I had placed on the carpet caused it to yellow. I have since thrown that out. I had a really bad spot where the dog always sleeps at night. While it is not gone it is noticeably better. You cannot expect 20 year old carpets to be spotless when done. I will use this company in the future as they were the most thorough, hard working professionals who have ever cleaned my carpets. I plan to use them for other cleaning in the future such as tile and furniture. No one will work harder for your business.

The Complete Care representative cleaned my leather chair and automan so it looks like new. He also gave me instructions on how to keep it looking its best in the future. He cleaned and put a finshe guard on the carpet and it looks amazing. The carpet is almost twenty-five years old and you would never know it. I just stand in the doorway and look at it, it's like a new room.

This is the first time I have used Complete Care Systems, and I would definitely use them again! From the time that I talked to Tricia about setting up the carpet cleaning to the time the carpet/rugs were actually cleaned, it was an enjoyable experience. They are very professional, knowledgeable and thorough (more so than anyone I have ever had perform these service). Customer service was top notch! I was so impressed that I'm now going to have them clean the grout between our tiles. They really care about making sure the job is done well.
