Description of Work: Purchased a Big Deal value to deep clean carpets in 3 rooms... I was thinking I was going to have to replace my carpet soon because it looked so bad.... The results were amazing! I think I can get another few years out of it and will be planning to have them come back and clean again to help extend the life of my carpet. I have had other cleaners come and have not been nearly as satisfied with the results. I highly recommend this company.

 + -1 moreThey were great. Overall experience was excellent. They send you an e-mail reminder with the person's picture so you know who is coming and that he is with their company. They are the best that I have used in this area!
Description of Work: They did a fantastic job. They were on time and very friendly and accommodating. We had several stains and some water damage. They really prided themselves in doing whatever was necessary to remove the stains. They did a great job. The price was excellent. These guys were THE BEST! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.

What most impressed us was his thoroughness--he moved furniture and got to sections of carpet no one has ever cleaned before. We were very pleased with the result and with him.

 + -1 moreJoe arrived with his equipment, removed his shoes and surveyed the rooms in which I requested the carpets cleaned. He confirmed the quote we received without adding any "hidden fees" then began working promptly. He started from the back rooms and worked his way to the front of the home. The newly cleaned carpet color was so fresh and so much brighter. I felt very satisfied with the results.
Description of Work: Very pleased with the carpet cleaning by this company. I think they did a wonderful job. I also scheduled them to dry clean 2 oriental rugs for me today. Complete Care Systems cleaned the rugs once before and they were dry to the touch within an hour. They looked beautiful!! This is a great home preparation before guests come for the holidays.

 + 0 moreWe set and appointment for a specific time and they called ahead and were exactly on time. They were here working for over five hours, we have never seen anyone pay so much attention to detail in cleaning furniture. We actually had to leave for about two hours and felt very comfortable leaving them in our home without us there. The process was amazing to watch and we could not believe how much dirt came out of the couch and rugs. They are experts when it comes to this type of work and they are certainly passionate about doing it. We were going to spend big money buying new couches but now they look brand new. For the money we would have spent we could have them come back and clean the couches every year for ten years. Great job guys and see ya next year.
Description of Work: We have had the same couches for a while and they were desperately in need of cleaning. Also they did the cleaning on two area rugs that were also dirty.
