Description of Work: Trimmed 3 oaks & 3 palms in front yard and oak branches overhanging from neighboring property. The crew was on time, and foreman was very diligent in making sure the job was done right and that no damage occurred to my lawn or property (fence, lamp post, roof, etc). They were cleaning up debris as they went along & left my yard and roof cleaner than when they arrived.

Description of Work: Pruned 5 trees in preparation for hurricane season. They did a good job of removing larger limbs, using ropes to control where they landed. |This prevented damage to bushes and ferns growing underneath. + -1 moreEstimator Jeff was prompt, courteous and guaranteed my satisfaction. He was not wrong. He returned with the crew and made sure the crew boss and crew all understood what was requested. They did all of the work in less than 3 hours. After they were done you couldn't tell they'd been there except that the trees were gone and the ones left were trim and beautiful. There truly wasn't a twig left in the yard. They did leave some mulch at my request, but both piles were about two foot in diameter and neat as a pin.
Description of Work: Removed three oaks, two were dead, all were 30-40 ft. tall. Trimmed 6 other large oaks over house and neighbor's house. Removed a Brazilian pepper tree. Ground all stumps.

+ -1 moreI received a call on the appointed date at 8:30 saying the crew was on the way. Over 2 days, 10-14 people were working. The cutter climbed trees and cut them down in sections (some pines 80' tall) missing wires and plants. Some large trunk pieces were cut to fall in the truck bed. The cutter is fantastic in his skill. The others cut into smaller pieces what hit the ground and gathered pieces for hauling or mulching. The stump grinder took care of the stumps and a lot of additional cypress knees. The entire crew works cooperatively - no yelling, no cursing, no mess left behind. Every request I made was honored (watch out for a special plant, beware of equipment over septic, loop a rope over a remaining limb so I could hang a plant) and always with "yes ma'am."
Description of Work: Property is 5 acres with many trees. We've systematically been losing trees so I contacted the Forestry Service for advice. The recommendation was to thin the trees and remove several to make space for others. I was distressed but proceeded to get a second opinion from a company I've dealt with before. Tim visited and agreed with Forestry Service on some trees but recommended not cutting others. His opinion on the cedars was that thinning would not help as the trees are about as large as they can get. He provided a 3 part estimate and after considering we proceeded with removal of 4 dead trees, removal of 3 in serious decline, and removal of 5 in areas of particular crowding plus some pruning.

+ -1 moreI purchased an older house with lots of overgrowth on the property. There had been roof damage due to limbs and there were quite a few dead and heavily damaged trees. Some dead pines were 60' tall. A sweet gum and an oak were rotted internally and were dropping limbs regularly. Mid Florida did a great job in carefully removing limbs/trees so as not to cause further damage. One dead pine was only 24'' from the roof line.
Description of Work: Trimmed tree limbs overhanging house, removed approximately 20 trees varying from 6'' to 42'' (plus) in diameter, ground approximately 40 stumps/cypress knees (none larger than 30'').
