Great end product and I couldnâ t imagine going through this process with anyone else. Mom has been so so happy and she canâ t believe she didnâ t do this sooner! Omar showed up at the time agreed to and fixed the problem, now I can open and close my fence again. WE were very happy with Omar's professionalism as well as the quote for the job. I was always the first one to call or text and he would reply but never giving me a specific date or anything and now is not answering when I called him to talk with him on the phone. I did not know the previous owner changed those window without a permit. Somebody made a complaint after I purchased the house and I purchased the window thinking that I could install it myself. You need to be licensed so now I have a violation from the city because of this and send me a register letter January 27 is the last day everything needs to be installed before that and inspected by the city I will be charged after that $250 per day . This gentleman knows about it. I told him he doesn t seem to care at all that I have to pay $250 per day after the 27 next month. I just want my money back because is lying to me since the beginning And I have to hired somebody else to do it because I m gonna be late for the Magistra."

"It took forever to get the permit approved. The inspector had to come back multiple times. About 4 months total. Now after 7 months, the A/C is not working. Junior, who was great, came out a day later than scheduled, and said it was a warranty part. I could not get anyone from there to let me know how long it will take. Finally, after multiple calls today, they told me the part would get there in 7-10 days hopefully and then they would message me. Seriously? My husband is on dialysis and needs a good house temperature."
