I have been with Impact for at least 15 years and intend to remain a loyal customer. They are not inexpensive, but they have always been dependable and professional.

Service is always on time. The people we have interacted with over the past 10 years have always been courteous and professional.

Had an appointment for Thursday, July 2nd.at noon, had another appointment to go to so I waited till 1:15 and left. My roommate was home no one showed. No phone call, text or voicemail was left. No longer interested in hiring this company.

Impact Pest Elimination is excellent! We have them handle our pest control generally, termite control and pest and rodent elimination and removal. We have had armadillos removed from our property and our soffets wired against squirrels. The service people are thorough, informed on latest procedures, and very professional in their approach. They are very dependable and always show up to do the work and don't leave until it is done. We love Impact and the quality work they do. We recommend them highly. Dennis and Bonnie Geer

Exceptional, would recommend, very please with Impact

Everyone at Impact is professional in their conduct and the services they perform. They are always on time and are very thorough. And they are very responsive in the few times we have had them treat a particular swarm between scheduled service dates. The Pest Control is $75 per Quarter, but they inspect and treat monthly. The Termite Control is $300 per year, and they inspect and treat quarterly. Highly recommend.
