Description of Work: Caught rats in our attic, identified and sealed off many potential entry points (previous owner had similar work done, but they missed some spots and the work was not as good as Phoenix). A little on the expensive side compared to some companies, but you get what you pay for with them, and I wasn't about to skimp on rats with an infant in the house. Ongoing maintenance cost isn't too bad for a lifetime warranty against the rats and some assistance with insects. They were very professional, courteous, quick-acting, and effective. I would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: They are performing quarterly pest control services, which has been effective for insect control inside the house. They are more expensive than the competition - I can't whether their results are better than other companies, but it's definitely better than I was able to achieve myself.

Description of Work: They sprayed the interior and exterior of the house and cleaned spider webs etc. around the exterior. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are pricier than some others but I do believe they have a superior product. Also the initial investment is higher as they require a one time attic service. Overall I think these guys are top notch.
