We used Phoenix for an unfortunate rat infestation in the attic. Scott came out initially to ***** the situation and gave us some options. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional and courteous. Our tech Sullivan went above and beyond to mitigate our situation and make sure we were happy. I highly recommend this company for insect and rodent control.

Have been using PPM for over a year now. They are prompt, knowledgeable, respectful, neat and efficient. They follow up with you after the service and will come back if there is still a problem. Reasonably priced and they use pet and people friendly treatments inside of the house. They explain everything you should expect to see after the treatment. I am very happy with this company.

Excellent service and company. I have used this company since we moved to Florida 3 years ago. They sealed my attic for me as there was evidence of squirrels; and I haven’t had a problem since. Scott is amazing and very courteous. He’s always on time and has no problem stopping by in between services if I have a concern. He takes care of both inside and outside of my home including rodent boxes outside as I live behind farmers fields and I have never had a problem. I highly recommend this company as they give great service. A++++

They came back again to follow up on my problem. They are wonderful people, they are very friendly and they go above board. The price was also reasonable and competitive.

It went great. Very professional. Called around noon and they arrived < 2 hrs. Came up with a comprehensive plan for permanent removal. Very impressed by professionalism. Would hire again (but likely won't need to).

I contacted the service. They did the work when promised.

Went well. Traps were set on first visit and worked effectively. Five adult rats were caught and disposed of. External and internal entry points were sealed with metal plates or wire cloth on second visit and rat feces and urine was cleaned up and removed from area over garage. On third visit bait stations were installed outside and should be inspected periodically. The infestation was completely cleared up and odor removed.

Very well. 3 squirrels left unharmed to find a new home and no other critters were discovered in the attic area. Today they sprayed a Viracid to prevent bacteria and germs. I was concerned about my pet lovebird being in the house, but she is just fine. The Phoenix teams were prompt, courteous and trust worthy. I made the right choice!

They ended up having to come out at least 4-5 times. I was so happy with their work that I hired them to do regular pest control at two of my properties. I would recommend them to anyone. They're great about coming out if I any other questions or concerns about any other issues.

I was supposed to call him because I've had him once before. He got here and he was very unhappy. He sprayed a few things but we had more bugs than we've had when he left. He did a really good job the last time I had him. I've been trying to find him and I finally got his number because Angie's List had it come up. He was rude. He was very unhappy. He said he sprayed around but I don't think he did because he was done in about 10 minutes. We had lots of bugs after he left. I could have paid him more if he wanted more money to come but he didn't say that. He was just very unhappy that he came this way and I wasn't supposed to do that. I didn't know that. The first time, he did a wonderful job. I guess it's my fault. This time, it's terrible. He didn't really do anything. He was responsive.

Second treatment necessary but not unexpected. So far so good. Scott was on top of things and informative.

What a fantastic company. The guys were amazing , very proffessional , worked around my schedule and sorted my problem out quickly. They sprayed inside and outside my house. Killed all the ants within a few hours, and I haven't seen any since. Granules and spray were even used on my grass and trees. They sealed my whole attic so nothing could get in, and have set traps to catch anything that might still be up there. They will be back in a few days to check on them. They are putting 4 bait boxes around the outside of my house to prevent any rodents going near my house. I have also set up an ongoing quarterly pet management contract with them.

We recently moved into a new house and discovered our dogs were being attacked by fire ants in the yard. In a panic, we called the closest exterminator we could find on Angie's List. We thought we would have to wait to get an appointment but they sent a guy (Scott) out the very same day. Scott said on a scale of 1 to 10 our yard was about a 9 for ants - we have an acre of property with six different species of ants, literally millions of them in mounds everywhere! Scott was awesome, explaining and showing everything to us and bringing doomsday to all the ants in the yard and in their hiding places in the house. He also found and eliminated a large wasp nest we didn't even know was out there. We waited a few hours for all the treatments to dry and then let the dogs out (Phoenix uses animal safe products) - there are no ants at all and the dogs are finally happy! Our rep will return every 3 months to keep everything under control which is perfect for us. The price was lower than we expected and the service far beyond what we had anticipated. So glad Phoenix came to the rescue!

Nice and professional. It was an initial treatment that was supposed to last for 3 months, a quarterly service. Saw bugs coming back after the end of the 1st month. I'll go back to the company I used last time, treated me one time $295 and didn't see bugs for 13-14 months.

It went well. But the biggest problem is I still see all sorts of bugs inside the house without noticing any difference. I am not sure if this is the normal because this is my first time to do pest control. But my feeling is: likely something is wrong with bugs still around after a treatment.
