I contacted them due to a growing raccoon problem. A mother raccoon and 5 babies took up residence in our back yard in July, eating from the bird feeders and cat bowl we had out for strays in the neighborhood. Definitely an issue we caused, but as the babies grew they were completely unafraid of us, becoming bolder, more aggressive and destructive in their quest for food, ripping out the screens on our enclosed patio to find something to eat. Aside from the screen damage and a few torn up table plants, I was growing more worried for our cats who like to hang out on the patio. I looked for a caring and humane company to relocate the cute little masked bandits, and Steve and Scott at Phoenix were awesome. They brought five traps out and showed me how to reset the traps myself should another neighborhood animal get caught by mistake (and they did - 2 cats, a squirrel and 2 possums). I contacted Phoenix by phone/text each late evening/early a.m. to let them know when raccoons were in the traps, and they picked them up first thing in the morning. All told, over a weeks' time seven raccoons were trapped and relocated! They work with a local person who rehabs and cares for the raccoons until they are relocated to a preserve, and Scott even sent me a picture of the 4 baby raccoons being reunited at her location, which I appreciated. It is evident they have compassion for animals, which is what I really wanted from a company. Since I had such a great experience I will be calling them in the near future to handle typical pest control for my house (spraying for spiders, ants, cockroaches, etc.) inside and outside. I purchased the Big Deal at $79.00 to have the preventative service done. I ended up paying an extra $179.00 for what I thought was covered by the initial $79.00. The interior treatment consisted of services to one bathroom and kitchen in my house, not the entire house. For a total of $258.00, I would expect the entire house to be treated. Pest were seen on the treated areas within 4 days of service and while I have seen a decline in pest, this program did not stop them. It appears they did good job with the exterior service.

They were friendly, professional, and did everything that they said they were going to. They did the job and were able to get rid of the bugs that we had.

I called many companies and Steve at Phoenix was the only one to answer all of my questions while ensuring me he could handle all my issues. phoenix pest control is very thorough. They sealed openings in the attic. They have returned several times to check their traps and to ascertain that pest control is effective as possible.l will certainly continue to use this company.

This review is late. I had my initial contact with Phoenix at the end of June and now use them as my quarterly pest service. I thought I had already posted a review. We recently moved into a home that we had previously used just for vacations. I started hearing scratches above the master shower after we had been here about a week. I called Steve when I had a raccoon standing by my front door trying to go up the columns and I put two and two together with the noise in the bathroom. Steve called back immediately and stopped the next day to check things out. He and Scott were in my attic during the blazing heat trying to see how many raccoon's were above my master shower. They found a momma and three babies. They set traps and we waited. Over the next few days the mom never went into the trap. We finally decided it was time to get the babies and maybe reunite them with the mom outside of my bathroom shower. Scott was in the attic and Steve went in the bathroom to cut a hole in the wall to remove the babies. It was quite a scene! Ultimately successful! They work with a raccoon rehabber and she came to care for the babies and try to reunite them with their mother, which is a whole different story! Steve and Scott then raccoon and rodent protected my house so the mom doesn't try to nest again. They were so helpful and kind that I hired them to be our pest guys!

Steve is professional, very competent and responds quickly to all calls. He is very knowledgeable about pest control and gave us some great advice regarding how to keep our home pest free. He was able to take care of our insect infestation quickly when other companies couldn't do the job. I would highly recommend the services of Phoenix Pest Mgmt.

I heard sounds coming from attic and found a chewed hole on upper eaves-they came out and removed the nest -no racoon was there at the time-they must have been out for a walk!!!I had a handyman come and close up the hole.

I thought the price was expensive for what they did and how long they were at the house. They got the job done in about 15 minutes. The scheduling was easy.

Besides being absolutely competent and knowledgeable about their field they are delightful to work with. They always returned calls promptly, called before they arrived to make sure we were home, waited for us if we were delayed getting home, treated our house with respect and were as friendly and as professional as they could be. They had our critter invasion in hand in short order and were we're so impressed by their work and demeanor that we signed up with them for regular pest control for both inside and outside the house. Their approach is friendly and no-pressure but absolutely professional. A month after the original treatment, it appeared that most of the pest problems were resolved effectivley. I appreciate the effective treatment. I was a little disappointed in the additional costs.

It went well. They showed up on time and explained what they were doing. Explained that the repellent they were using was safe for children (we have 2 small children) and pets (we have none). And we signed a contract with them for a recurring 3 monthly spraying. So far no ants and bugs. So we are happy./

Contractor agreed to one of 3 dates requested within 24 hrs of purchase. Two service people, Steve (owner) and Scott arrived and did inspection indoor and outdoors, solicited both history and current problems and described service to be provided by coupon. After indoor inspection, advised additional service offered of attic dusting as preventative due to past history in home. Option could be done now or in future if interested. Observation showed evidence of a much more thorough application of pesticide than spraying, Got on knees in kitchen and into baseboards and water pipe outlets in cabinets in kitchen, baths and laundry rooms not seen by other contractors. Men were personable and professional, willing to explain and low-keyed discussing services without sales pressure. Decided to sigh a service contract as felt fees were reasonable and competative.

Trapped a family of rats living in attic, patched all possible entries into attic and dusting of attic. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Phoenix again and recommend to others.

The animal had gotten itself out by the time he got there, but he still examined the attic area and roof to see where it got in. Even though he spent time and gas to come to my house (and climb in the attic and on the roof in the August Florida heat), he did not charge me anything.

The experience with Phoenix Pest Management & Wildlife Control was good. There is no sign of armadillos any more. They came righ out after I called them to tell them that we had animals and they set up the traps and talked about the situation and we thought that we caught an armadillo but we didn't. The customer service was good.

Very pleasant experience with this company. Would use them again and recommend them to anyone (which I all ready have done). Courteous, caring, prompt, reliable, knowledgeable; what more could you ask?
