Description of Work: Service manager was polite, helpful and friendly, but they forgot to change the oil, and one of the symptoms of the problem I was having - i.e. engine light coming on - is still a problem. To be fair, when they realized they had forgotten to change the oil, they did it right away and didn't charge for it.

+ -1 moreAsked for Rick Benitez from the internet department. He got the car and a license plate. Put gas in it and gave us the keys. Said to drive it for a while---no hurry. When we got back, we walked around and examined the car. Rick went with us and even pointed out a dent we missed. We did dicker over the price, but it was really low pressure and we never had to have a "manager" come in to try to convince us. We eventually agreed on a price and he turned it over to the finance department to handle the rest of the paperwork. They even agreed in writing that the sale would be contingent on my mechanic checking out the car a few days later. I feel that I got a good price and it was the least irritating auto purchase I have ever made. Rick and his partner, Harmon are really unusual salesmen. By the way, they fixed everything we found in a couple of hours.
Description of Work: Purchased a used Toyota Avalon. Saw it on the company website. Came in to test drive and wound up buying it.
