The owner, David, came out for next-day service. I had texted him pictures of my unit so he knew what to expect. The work was done quickly and well at a price that beat my former repairman's quote. David is very knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. He is an expert in this field. I will definitely ask him to install new equipment in our next house.

Dave Hatfield is a great educator on water conditioning and purification problems, solutions and systems. He was very professional, no pressure sales and provides excellent customer service. Will recommend him to others.

First, the bottom line: good service for the price! He negotiated a price we could afford and a payment schedule we could live with by, I think, working our project in among others already on his calendar. He did come out in all weather (sometimes quite cold and rainy) to work on the outdoor elements of the system on the days promised, if usually much later than the time promised. He spent a great deal of time adjusting one regulator switch til it worked perfectly. Though the initial large project caused us some inconvenience, we appreciate Dave's conscientious approach to his business and consideration of our finances, and we will certainly use him for regular system maintenance.

It went great he gave me valuable information on my system. Rerouted a line to where it was suppose to go initially. Added salt he also installed a drinking water system inside my house which is producing great tasting drinking water.

First let me say that we put in a softener and filtration system in our last house and will never go back. Dave put the system in our current house two years ago. He has always been very professional and extremely responsive. Most importantly the system puts out great water and Dave is instrumental in keeping it that way. He is very thorough, conscientious and professional. We highly recommend.

My experience over the past 2 years with Dave and TB Water has been exceptional. He has always been responsive and available to quickly take care of my needs. My new water softener system has performed very well. In addition to installing the new unit, Dave visits my home annually to check the system and refill salt levels. My family of 6 enjoy the soft water in the shower and bathroom clean up is much easier with soft water. The reverse osmosis water drinking system also have been a great new addition. The owner of TB Water called me directly. Since I was out of town at the time, he made an appointment and I was able to give him access to my home remotely. He looked the system over and let me know that everything was working properly, but he just added salt since I was running a bit low. I really like the fact that he didn't make up things that were wrong with my system... For me, honesty from a company is one of the most important things. I would definitely use them again.

David from TB Water was an absolute pleasure to work with! He came to our home tested our water for free and gave a very informative presentation. We decided to invest in the platinum series & reverse osmosis drinking water systems with TB Water which ended up being a total custom install that our home was NOT plumbed for. David even ran a new fridge line for us! We ended up spending $3,295.00 which was way cheaper then we had anticipated. I was referred to TB Water by a co-worker who recently built a new home. He was extremely happy with the water and would tell me daily how much him and his wife loved the way everything stayed clean and spot free and the how great the water tasted. I have been to their home and when I saw the system they had installed I knew immediately that it was very high quality. Their ice cubes were so clear I was amazed. They told me that they stopped buying bottled water all together and that saved them money. I never really thought that this was something my family really needed. Our home is very old and was built in 1940 and the pipes and plumbing was galvanized. We bought it in 2002 and added an addition in 2005 as our family was growing. We called TB Water and spoke with David, I had many questions and he offered to stop out to do a free water analysis. He was very professional and showed us how hard the water was and also that our water had more chlorine than our swimming pool. He said that by installing a whole home system and reverse osmosis drinking water system it would help our very old plumbing and protect our water using appliances. We have 3 children and spend around $30 per month buying bottled water. We also do a lot of laundry and he said we would save money on soaps and detergents if we had soft water and we would only need to use half as much. He gave us 3 options and even had a rental program. We chose to get the Dual Media System installed as it would also remove the chlorine, along with the reverse osmosis drinking water system under our kitchen sink. He connected our refrigerator and removed that filter so we don’t have to buy that anymore. Our ice cubes are clear and the water tastes so clean. My wife loves how soft her skin is and her hair is now. David gave us free salt for a year and once a year will come and change our filters. The system had to go outside as our main water line is on the opposite side of the house from our garage. The tank is stainless steel and has a protective cover over the faceplate. Out of all the systems I saw online I felt the one we had installed would last outside. We love our water and would highly recommend TB Water!

I called several companies in my area and was given the run around. NO company wanted to give me a price without sending a commissioned sales rep to my home to take 2 hours of my time trying to hard sell me on a system that was overpriced. Financing at 2% payback over 7 years would be almost 7 grand! TB Water did the whole job for $2500 David Hatfield at TB Water was very easy to deal with. He was extremely knowledgeable and prompt. He had a system that removes the chlorine and ammonia and also softens my water in one system. I also got the reverse osmosis drinking water system under my sink and David ran me a new fridge line for free. TB Water's total price for everything including installation and drilling my granite countertop for a faucet hole was all included. I really like TB Water giving me FREE SALT for the first year delivered and all for paying cash! I will recommend TB Water to all my friends and family!
